We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

If you’re reading this review and considering making a reservation, stop scrolling, don’t bother looking at other properties and just book Painters Forstal. The house has been there for 478 years at time of writing this and on our trip here we’ve created more life long family memories that add to this incredible historic and amazing home. We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. We truly enjoyed our time here and did our best to take care of the place as if it were our own. Thank you for hosting us — we’d love to come back!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Lovely quaint house in the heart of Sandwich. The house is really well kept, with absolutely everything we needed. Location is perfect close to lots of restaurants. Claire was very responsive and super clear about everything. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in south-east Kent.

Just back from a weekend staying at Kates lovely cottage. Fantastic location, super clean and great to find somewhere with 2 double beds when holidaying with a friend. Kate was great at communication and we really appreciated our generous welcome pack of milk, snacks and some bubbly. Great early checking at 12 noon too. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Cute place, very close to the train station and the seaside. City Center is about 15mins away, but other than that we had a great time! :)

Wonderful stay, amazing location and comfy base for exploring Margate. This was our first little holiday with our 4 month old and we couldn’t have picked a better spot location wise, the flat itself was well furnished and comfortable, and importantly the bedroom had space for our travel cot. All I would add is be prepared to have to park in the public car park opposite as the on street parking wasn’t possible when arrived! Hosts responded quickly and patiently to any issues - which turned out to not be issues at all!

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt luxurious and we would definitely stay again!! Anji was great and responded promptly if we needed anything. We had the best time!

Antony’s place is a beautifully restored suite of rooms in a Georgian townhouse. Homely, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Welcome instructions were all clear and helpful. Antony was a kind and helpful host. Perfect place.

The flat was full of light in the mornings, and directly above the wonderful Windy Corner cafe, so easy access to breakfast! The location was great, quiet but convenient for the main high street. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen diner was really comfortable for family times and meals. Rooms were good sizes and had very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive to questions and all information shared was clear making our time very relaxing. I hope we can return again very soon x

Everything was perfect , it lacked for nothing. Loved all the goodies better than any other Airbnb I’ve visited. Loved the nautical theme.
