sobrang relaxing , we enjoyed our entire stay (3 days & 2 nights) and Mau and other staff sobrang bait, super safe din ang place, they also serve as our lifeguards kasi tuwing may magka-kayak ( for free) andun sila para bantayan kami, malamok pero andyan agad ang pa-katol sa dining area and kitchen, we 13 adults and a kid lang kasi sobra luwag ng place for us. Sobrang Legit na wala ka na kailangan na dalhin for kitchen utensils kasi kompleto talaga lahat, panluto hanggang sa mga plato, baso, spoon & fork, mga mangkok! ang ganda pa ng vibes ng lugar tlga 🧡🧡🧡 ma- coral tlga ang beach (kaya nga Coral Bay) so expect nyo na yun, pero we love na water and ocean breeze, may life vest din naman kaya tambay malala sa tubig 🥰 recommended superb 🤘👌💪🫶 and sa mismong rest house, maliit man tignan sa picture, gosh super spacious sa personal, has 3 big rooms with Split type AC sa baba then sobra luwag na attic with fan, dami bed nila and unan (for us kasi nga 14 lang kami) kaya sobra comfy 💯

Prim’s place was fantastic. She is very responsive and she provided all the important information that we need prior arriving her place. The house was clean, with complete equipments especially for cooking and eating and their living room was really wide. Kids and big groups can enjoy get togethers because of it’s wide space. Btw, living room doesn’t have aircon but they have provided 2 electric fans. The bedroom linens are clean and tidy. The master’s is the only bedroom that has aircon. Only downside was it doesn’t have a comfort room at the 2nd floor which would be challenging if you have senior citizens with you. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Felt like home and a chill place. Thanks Prim!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was cozy, clean, and had a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The cool weather made it even more relaxing. Perfect for a peaceful getaway! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

Upon booking, I immediately received a message from Kirk. Their caretaker was very helpful and responsive. The house was as seen on photos. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, spacious, airconditioned and beds were comfortable. The group had fun outdoors roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in their griller, playing kickball in the nearby clubhouse, and indoors lounging in the sofa watching TV and cooking. Our new favorite seafood restaurant, Highlands Crab, is just a few mins drive.

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

The location was excellent, conveniently close to malls and restaurants. We particularly appreciated the availability of kitchen utensils and cookware, which allowed us to prepare delicious meals with ease. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations!

Everything was as seen in the listing. My relatives enjoyed their stay and told me that they would be booking this unit again.

Ganda ng place, accommodating host!

Tes is such a remarkable host! The place is well maintained and very aesthetic. My family and I had a memorable stay at Tes’ place. We’ll definitely go back. :)

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Place is highly recommended. Very clean and smells really nice. There’s construction ongoing nearby but you won’t it them inside the condo unit. Host is very accommodating and transparent - she was understanding and allowed us for late check out due to power interruption. Had a great time staying at this place 😊

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Ms.Laura's place was very commendable, all photos that were posted in her account, matched the description. Unfortunately, there was no wifi but it was good to have no internet since as a guest, we should not focus on gadgets or social media during staycation. Lets relaxed and chill. Overall, the place was good! and hoping for another staycation at Ms.Laura's place.

Great Stay at Fred and Beth's Airbnb We had a wonderful time at Fred and Beth's place! The unit is just a 3-minute walk from Pico de Loro Beach, which made beach outings super easy. One standout feature of this unit is the additional loft, which serves as a cozy bedroom. This loft really adds a layer of privacy that’s hard to find in other units that are listed here on AirBnB. The main living area is also spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you might need, making it ideal if you plan to cook. It’s also a great setup if you're traveling with other acquaintances, as it gives everyone their own space. Fred and Beth were incredibly responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!
