Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

Very close to where we needed to be for work. A small, but perfect workspace for working from home. Parking included, in a parking garage. Space was clean, had all that we needed and had nearby places to walk and enjoy dinner in the evening, after work.

Couldn’t ask for a better host or a better pace to stay!! Will definitely recommend to others & we look forward to returning soon!!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

The place was very nice, spacious and just a short drive into the city to do fun activities! Lisa, Andy and George were very fast with their replies and overall very reliable hosts. As this was my first time using Airbnb, I will be sure to stay here again!

The stay was great Jordan gave me a lot of recommendations to spot around the area. He was a great host the location was in the middle of everything and the air bnb was in a quiet area would come back again

Good location for getting to from COTA. Property felt well managed and garage parking was a nice bonus

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

Irene is an incredible host, who made sure we had everything we needed, and even a little of what we wanted, (like a coloring book for my son, so sweet!). The house fit our needs perfectly as a great place to relax and wind down while in town for the Rodeo and stock-show. We would definitely book again!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

We loved our stay at Brendan’s place. It felt soo luxurious with all the amenities and thoughtfully selected decor. We especially loved the cowboy pool and outdoor space, and the espresso machine came in clutch. The direct area isn’t super walkable but that wasn’t a problem as plenty is easily accessible via car. Brendan was super friendly and communicative. Highly recommend! !

What a great place! Right near the busy town but feels quiet and peaceful. The sunroom is the best! Molly offered the option to check-in early which worked out really well for us. Her recommendations were great. The location was great. I'd definitely stay here again!

Mahshid was a really great host. Communication was quick and spot on. The house was clean and as described. Great porch to hang out in the evening. The neighborhood is pretty calm and felt safe. Couple things to note: - house itself is next to a quite busy street and bedroom windows are facing it, so mornings might start a bit earlier :) - mattress in one of the bedrooms was really soft and squashy - just something to keep in mind. Overall - recommendations!

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

Wendy's condo was absolutely delightful. The view was worth every penny, the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice, the kitchen was well-stocked. Using the codes to access everything was simple and the other folks we interacted with were all friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the indoor pool.
