Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

This house was fantastic! Just a little slice of quiet and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament we were in town for. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 10 of us staying. The pool was warm and there were tons of goodies provided for the kids to enjoy in there. We will definitely stay again!

This house was amazing! Very clean and neatly decorated. Great layout for a group with several areas for hanging out. Our host was super helpful and communicated quickly and proactively. Will definitely be coming back for another stay!

What a beautiful home and Michael was an excellent host. We had a fantasy murder mystery party here and turned the home into our own little castle. Michael was very accommodating and flexible with check in time. I would definitely stay here again!

Kyle’s place was exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of beds to accommodate the 11 of us friends as we attended the NCAA tournament. While we would have appreciated more hand towels and washcloths, the space, accommodations, and the neighborhood far exceeded that desire. I am looking forward to renting this home for our personal family gathering. We loved the quiet neighborhood, great walks, and the furnishings to accommodate our conversations and dice games. The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

Very nice location and neighborhood close to down town. House was well stocked with needed items for your stay and little extras if you forgot necessities. She takes special time to remember the four legged family members during your stay. Would definitely stay again.

this is our second stay at Lisa's place. we enjoy the privacy and fenced front yard where our dog can be off leash. the home has all the basics one needs and comfortable bed. lots of privacy and country feel but so close to the city.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Erin’s house was perfect for our (husband, wife and adult daughter) stay in Spokane. The house is on a quiet street and close to cafe’s and restaurants. The house is inviting and comfortable. After busy days of touring the city and eating out for lunch and dinner, we came home and relaxed, playing games at the dining room table and watching movies on their reclining sofa and chair. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast, tea and coffee in the morning. We loved the added thoughtfulness of the bottled water and fresh fruit in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. We’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! There were so many extras not listed and the place is so homey! It snowed before our arrival and it was all plowed and ice melt applied. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

I loved this hidden gem in the woods! The house is cute, the property is gorgeous, and everything was comfortable. The bed was cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the living room felt like home. Absolutely would love staying here again!

Beautiful home. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Felt like home away from home with all the essentials. Board games and activities for the kids. Less than 15 minute drive to all the restaurants and attractions we visited.

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Best Air B&B EVER!! This is by far the nicest, cleanest and overall best home we have ever rented! Spotless, stocked up (with ALL of the essentials ++), spacious, BEST DECORATIONS….I could go on and on. What stood out was how much it felt warm and cozy and safe. I mean it really feels like home. The decorations are unique and unique to Spokane! The responsiveness and protectiveness of Eric and Mirjam was the best I’ve seen. I can’t recommend this home enough!! We will never ever forget it. Thank YOU Eric & Mirjam!!!!

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

This home is in a gorgeous location. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the views. The inside of the home was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to the lake sounds at night. We appreciated the comfortable couches with recliners in the family room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq was clean. Jen and Dave were extremely responsive to our messages, and they were great hosts. We also met the next door neighbor, who was a nice guy. We would definitely stay here again.
