Great little place to stay for a short weekend

This place was perfect for our stay. The space was exactly how it was described, clean, great breakfast place (Mildred’s) right next door, and tram pickup right out front. Would definitely stay here again. Also, loved the decor!

Very clean, looks just like pictures, VERY comfortable beds and couch - the only thing to know is there is no ice maker in freezer (need ice for my water bottle lol) and I know the listing says stairs but there are three short flights of stairs that some may have difficulty with - but those are observations not complaints! GREAT place!

Amazing place! Very comfortable. Complete amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, thoughtful coffee supplies. Super comfortable bed with luxury linens. Spacious bathroom with spa-like shower. Great location with convenient free trolley right outside the building. Top notch AirBnB!!

Great overnight stay! Very nice little spot, free coffee next door. Next to a bar but no noise issues at all during our stay. Would recommend for anyone.

This is a wonderful apartment! Amelia Earhart lovers, you will enjoy this. The aviation and Amelia theme was part of the appeal of it, and it was worth it! It had so many cool elements to it, as well as coffee available for brewing. The host was very clear in instructions and describing the place. Would stay again, 100%!

We had an amazing stay at Jake’s place! He is very responsive and his place was gorgeous. I loved how all the light switches were labeled! The shower was amazing, and there are so many high tech upgrades. There was some street noise but that is to be expected given the location.

I chose this place because it was close to the home of my family members who I was in town to visit, but I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kansas City. I was surprised when I drove up at how nice it was and when I walked inside I thought it was way nicer than what the photos portrayed. The furnishings are minimal but quality. I liked having both firm and soft pillows to choose from – that is a big deal to me. The temperature control was good as well as the fact that there was a lamp and night table for both sides of the bed. Being able to sit on the porch and watch birds on the feeders and take a walk on the nature path was an unexpected surprise. I slept very well here and am recommending it to my parents who frequently stay in the area. The location is less than 10 minutes from legends and literally right next to Highway 435 so an easy drive to anywhere. I will never be staying in a hotel in this area again as long as this place is available.

We were in KC 2 days for our son's baseball tournament and this home was the perfect space for our family and English Spaniel. Extremely clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and in a nice quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, box fans in the bedroom closets were a welcomed find to a family used to sleeping with fan noise! :) We used the white noise machines and didn't hear a single train. Kitchen is well stocked, they've thought of everything! I msg'd Anthony a couple of times and he responded immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

Great place to stay. Perfect location for the activities I had planned. Quiet. Great area to walk. I hope to stay here again!

Tiffany's place was perfectly located for our trip to play in a Bonspiel at the local KC Curling. The stay was quiet and comfortable.

A very nice home and a beautiful neighborhood. Also, the homeowners were wonderful and very quick to respond. Love the decor as well.

I frequent KC and it’s the perfect location for me. I can just walk back when we’re done for the night.

Regi was a great host— super responsive and so sweet. The place was great, really easy to find and within 15 minutes of driving to everything we had planned to do. The yard was enormous and our dogs loved it!!

Super cute craftsman style home, nestled on a quiet street. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We loved the porch swing and rocking chairs! Very clean and comfortable linens. Host was very welcoming and we would definitely recommend!

This place is great. Super nice. Easy walks to the plaza and Westport and the art museums. For the transit inclined, very easy access to a bus downtown.

This place was the perfect location and was exactly as described by the host. The host was responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions on building entrance, check-in/check-out instructions, and a couple other things that were helpful to know. The location was in a perfect place - great proximity to the Plaza and the Nelson-Atkins Museum, while also being close enough to downtown without being in the thick of downtown. The space was beautifully done and had everything we could need.

My stay here was great, the place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very clear instructions were provided. Would stay here again.

Bliss. The pretty street, lush with mature trees, sets the vibe. The entry instructions are clear and easy. The apartment is welcoming and has great flow. The thing that elevates it, though, is Adam, the host. I had to get out of an alternate situation in a hurry on a blistering hot day. Adam initially mentioned that once the AC got up to speed, I'd be golden. But as an afterthought he traveled to the apartment and turned it full blast himself. That, my friends, is top notch hosting. Between that and his thoughtful and prompt responses (with diagrams!) I quickly got the feeling I was staying in the home of an old friend, though of course I have never met the gent. This is hosting as only the gods can do it. Thanks Adam.

I will certainly want to stay here again. It's a beautiful space. The kitchen is well stocked. One of the things I judge a airbnb on is the quality the kitchen knives. There six very sharp knives. It looks out on Oak. It's very quiet due to the double pain windows. The main wall is 60 percent windows, so there's lot's of great light. Comfy bed--firm but soft. Great bedding. I didn't need it, but I tried the HVAC system, and it's robust. There are two ceiling fans. I had some friends over to chat about old times. They stayed six hours--I think because the place is so inviting. One friend fondly remembered buying a nickel bag in the pine trees across the street, circa 1973. The Nelson is amazing, and keeps getting better.

Wonderful place in a great neighborhood!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.
