Great stay we really enjoyed our time there. The place was immaculately clean and described accurately. Brilliant communication with the host and a great range of suggestions in terms of food and sightseeing etc.

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s clear Arlene has put a lot of love and thought into this as there is everything you could ever need, and then some. The hot tub is lovely, the furniture is very comfortable, and the area is very private and quiet. It’s easily accessible by bus or taxi from Stoke station. Could not recommend this place more!

My daughter's and I really enjoyed our short Easter break. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. A much needed retreat from Birmingham. We made full use of the wonderfully relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed a meal out at The Ship Inn and several walks along the river. We took a walk to The Severn Valley Visitors Centre and caught the steam train back from the Country Park Halt. A lovely afternoon out. We recommend this Airbnb and hope yo visit again in the future.

Fantastic stay at Holly Barn. The place was so peaceful and beautiful. Sarah and Mark were very friendly and accommodating. It was so lovely to see all the animals. My son cried to see the ducks each morning and it was wonderful seeing my dog play with Atlas and Burton

We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

Fabulous few days in a lovely little cottage - well positioned in a peaceful village with a couple of pubs within a minute or twos walk- cottage was clean and well equipped with a lovely hot tub to unwind in - Caroline and Paul very responsive and really clear instructions on how to find and access the cottage - great pub selling lovely food and a lovely welcome at the local British Legion - fantastic walks from the doorstep meaning our car didn’t move all the time we were there - would definitely recommend 😍

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Xxx

This was our 2nd visit, and it just feels like home. Great walks, butchers, pub and bakery right on the doorstep. What more could you want. 😊 Will be booking again next year.

I absolutely loved Lucy's home, its in a lovely area with the pub in walking distance , aswell as many others in local villages like Wirksworth and Matlock. This house had everything needed for a relaxing long weekend with the dog so couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you for being a brilliant host, I look forward to coming back soon

We really enjoyed our stay in Crich. The cottage was as described and had a real cosy feel to it. Great communication from Jo, who contacted us the day before to ask if we needed the cot bed etc. as we were travelling with our daughter. Clear instructions on check-in and overall a great stay. We would book again if we needed accommodation in the area.

We had a really enjoyable stay, beautifully clean , comfortable cottage with everything you need. Lovely treats 😋 even a doggie treat bag. Great places nearby and plenty of places to walk. Wonderful view out the main bedroom window. All in all a great place. Thank you to Dean and Annette x

Very special historic building and location, friendly hosts. Enjoyed reading some of the history in a book in the house. Beautiful remote location, very peaceful, lovely walks from the door The house was warm and comfortable. The front garden was the only space our dog could be off the lead because of the animals . Although it’s enclosed the wall is low and she would have been keen to jump over to explore all the exciting noises so had to be very closely supervised!

Rosemary's cottage was wonderful , even better than expected , very comfortable and very much a home from home. I have just got back from a short break with my wife daughter and our two dogs, it was a very pleasant and relaxed stay. we had the pleasure of meeting Rosemary who was very friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfortable conviently situated place to stay for a visit to Stratford on Avon.

Lovely little place to stay. John our host went above and behond to make our stay enjoyable. A great welcome into Fred's Shed and a wonderful welcome pack. John was very charming and knowledgeable regarding the area. Things to do and places to visit and places to eat. A great place to discover the Southern Peak District

Absolutely beautiful place in a lovely rural location. We couldn’t fault any part of the stay. Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen, but managed. Would have found it difficult without one if we stayed any longer with little ones. The place was spotless and the host was great with communication. If I really had to say anything negative (which is really down to preference) the bed in the main bedroom is a little small for 2 adults. And plenty of room to fit a kingsize. This is purely down to personal preference and sleeping in a superking at home. So a double felt very small, and my husband and I are only small. So imagine this would be tight for anyone larger. Other than that. It was amazing, and would 100% come back.

We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. It's a bit tucked away but Lucie's instructions were very helpful. While we didn't end up using the outhouse, we loved having access to the garden in the nice weather. The cottage itself is very tastefully decorated; we would definitely recommend it.

Totally faultless. Everything you need and more. Every extra touch provided - including very generous welcome hamper and Easter tasteful decorations. Everything for a pet, or a picnic, staying in or going out. Modern technology including iMac, WiFi and sky. Nothing missing from the kitchen for any cook. Bedrooms and bathrooms (linen, towels, robes, toiletries) had the feel of a five star hotel. Charming hosts. I could go on. I had high expectations as is rated 10, but we were all astounded at how incredibly tasteful and well equipped it was, and to a high decorative standard. Thank you.

Karen was a fabulous host. On booking we noted that we were bringing a dog, and Karen sent us a list of dog friendly pubs in the area. Fantastic communication before, during and after our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay :)

Camilla's cottage in Bentley is a serene countryside retreat. The beautifully designed, spacious interior offers comfort and style, while the surrounding views of farmland and the local church enhance the peaceful atmosphere. Camilla was a welcoming and attentive host, making our stay truly special. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Mark came to say hello and told us we could contact him if we had any questions or problems. The cottage was even better than our expectations. Beautiful quiet location, perfect for our family weekend away. Everything we needed was there. We look forward to staying again.
