A serene super sunny duplex with great open air terrace upstairs, comfortable sleeping and seating in each area, a small but mighty legitimate kitchen with a sizable fridge and a real oven, and a complete bathroom including washing machine. The value was really great considering all the workable amenities and location (yes, an elevator thank heavens, because 5th floor). The bedroom up the spiral stairs was quite large. And did I mention the light? The entire south side of the place is windows and terraces. This is an excellent place whether you’re on a thoughtful contemplative improvised trip like I was, or if you’ve got a mission. Just enough off the main streets for quiet calm, but close enough to the main train station (15 minutes relaxed walk) and all manner of transport. Annabel was upbeat and responsive though I didn’t need anything but the key.

It was a beautiful house as the photos were shown. We both had enough space for sleeping and working and eating in this residency. It was very easy to access to a local restaurants and a supermarket and get to the city center easily by bus. Melina was a very kind person.

Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Aufenthalt in Strausberg. Die Kommunikation und Organisation mit Ludmila vorab war unkompliziert und vor allem sehr herzlich und persönlich. Das Mobiliar ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt und durch die helle, offene Atmosphäre der Wohnung haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Weitblick über die Stadt am frühen Morgen oder am späten Abend ist ein kleines Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Unterkunft am Rande Berlins. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und ruhig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und wie auf den Fotos + zur Weihnachtszeit mit netter Weihnachtsdeko. Robyn hat uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert bei Fragen geholfen. Die Lage ist ruhig, Falkensee zeichnet sich dort durch einen hohen Baumbestand aus, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, dafür lädt der nahe Falkensee zum Spaziergang ein. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht auf hohem Niveau und es war eine schöne Zeit dort - vielen Dank für diese Unterkunft.

Die kleine, helle Wohnung im Souterrain ist besonders liebevoll und gekonnt eingerichtet. Ich habe mich pudelwohl gefühlt. Die gut angebundene, dabei sehr ruhige Lage ist unschlagbar. Der See liegt direkt nebenan und lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Baden ein. Sybil ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die gut kommuniziert. Ich kann das Quartier nur empfehlen.

Huan is an excellent host, extremely considerate and helpful. The flat was perfect, in an excellent position, and clean and wholesome to stay in. Huan had provided all the little amenities we needed, but anything extra is available in the many shops and cafes right next door. Thanks Huan!

Eine Buchung lohnt sich hier wirklich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral (nahe dem Hauptbahnhof, zu Fuß erreichbar). Die Gegend ist sehr schön! Zu fünft fanden wir die Unterkunft toll aufgrund der zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bädern. Insgesamt eine gelungene Unterkunft. Vielen Dank dafür!

Kiki's place is beautiful, calm and peaceful. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating even before we checked in. The kitchen and common areas are spacious, with excellent amenities for cooking meals and relaxing and spending time together. All bedrooms look towards the lake, and provide privacy. The house looks into the lake, and the sauna is a short walk away from the dock (where you can jump in!) The experience was wonderful, and even better than what we'd imagined when booking. Thank you for opening your home to us. Have a great rest of the year 😊

ruime, rustige woning op goed bereisbare afstand van Berlijn. Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruim verblijf, lekkere bedden. Zeer aan te raden voor een Berlijn- vakantie.

Das Haus am See ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber extrem freundlich, kommunikativ, jedoch überhaupt nocht aufdringlich. Im Haus hat es alles , was man braucht und der Garten mit direktem Seeanstoss ist ein Paradies. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen, als Paar, mit Freunden oder als Familie, ganz egal.

The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin City or area and we’d love to return in the future. Super Unterkunft, ruhig und direkt am Wasser. Optimal für ein Wochenende in Berlin wenn man nicht mitten drin sein möchte. Wir waren mit Hund da und die Gassi-Runde war top!

Such a lovely place! Beautiful garden and tastefully decorated house equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Peaceful little oasis to rest after days exploring the city! Options for public transport and grocery store within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would highly recommend!

Nazanin ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Gastgeberin. Sie reagierte sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft im 4. Stock ist sehr charmant und man hat seine Ruhe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Die Lage ist wunderbar. In der Naehe gibt es einen sehr schoenen See. Björn ist sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, reagierte Björn sehr schnell. Meine Kinder und ich sjnd sehr zufrieden.

Notre séjour chez Anjeeza a été très agréable. L'appartement est très lumineux avec toutes les commodités à l'intérieur et même une petite terrasse. il est situé juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus et d'un supermarché. La promenade près de la rivière est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anjeeza et nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !
