Dino is a very nice landlord, the first night we was there, we accidentally shut the door behind us, with out the key on us… Dino was so sweet and answered in the AirB&B chat, so he could come down and lock us back in, at 23 in the afternoon.. So thank you for everything Dino, if we ever come to Imola again, we will choose you again for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this airbnb. The appartment is cozy and clean, while its location is perfect and the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Bellissimo alloggio, con una vista mozzafiato, spazioso, pulito, confortevole in posizione strategica vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro città, validissimo, io e la mia famiglia ci ritorneremo.

Нову квартиру Лінди забронювала без відгуків. Привабили ціна і фото. Але в дійсності апартаменти ще краще!!! Все нове, щойно відремонтована квартира, повністю оснащена технікою: великий телевізор, холодильник, мікрохвильовка, капсульна та гейзерна кавоварки, посудомийка, пральна машина. Бонус - фільтр для води. Все кухонне приладдя в відмінному стані. Всього вистачає. У ванній зручна душова кабіна, біде, унітаз. Рушників багато, всі якісні. Зручні матраци, гарні ліжка, нова постільна білизна.Багато полиць та шаф для зберігання. Є дошка прасувальна, утюг. На кухні диван. 6 спальних місць. 2 балкона. До пляжа 5-7 хвилин, магазини, ресторани, ринки поряд. Лінда - найкраща хазяйка. Дуже інтелігентна, відповідальна, чемна, людяна. Допомагала нам у всьому під час нашого перебування. Завжди на зв'язку, давала корисні поради. Запропонувала зустріти нашу сім'ю на вокзалі, відвезла з багажем по закінченні відпочинку. У нас самі найкращі враження від перебування в помешканні Лінди.

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Ubytovani bylo moc fajn, kdo hleda soukromi s terasou, klimatizaci, tv s Netflixem, blok od plaze...necht voli tento apartman. Parkovani primo v zahrade vedle apartmanu, bez problemu vzdy volne misto pod stromy. Bali jsme se pohodli gaucu suplujicich postele, neni k tomu vubec duvod! spi se opravdu pohodlne! V kuchyni cukr, sul, pepr, kava s pakovym kavovarem, olej...lednice s mrazakem...v koupelne davkovace s mydlem, pracka volne k dispozici, bidet. Jedine, co nas prekvapilo bylo, ze v cene nebyly vubec zohledneny povleceni a rucniky, cena byla 15€/osobu, coz jsme davat nechteli a vzali si deky a polstare sve. Nebyla k dispozici latkova uterka ani toaletni papir (v dobe prijezdu ho byla sotva 1/3 puvodni velikosti, zadny dalsi nebyl k dispozici). Toto znamenalo jen mirne snizeni pohodli, pisu to sem jen proto, aby pripadni budouci hoste vedeli, s cim pocitat. Je to skvele misto, klimatizace vyborne vychladi pokoj, vecer nadherne posezeni na terase, hned vedle hlavni ulice s obchody.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Прекрасный дом с двумя большими террасами, грилем и большим столом на улице. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В жаркую погоду очень помогает кондиционер, он стоит на кухне, но охлаждает весь дом. Квартира рядом с морем и недалеко от хороших ресторанов. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Appartamento molto spazioso, curato e pulito, in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per Ferrara. Cristina è stata molto carina e disponibilissima già da prima del nostro arrivo e fino al termine del nostro soggiorno dandoci suggerimenti su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare. Appartamento spazioso in una posizione eccellente, circondato da molti ristoranti e servizi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Unser Aufenthalt war toll. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter Pinienbäumen und es war ruhig. Das Appartement war sauber, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Terrasse und das ausziehbare Sofa genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr spontan empfangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nell’appartamento di Laura e Fabio, e non possiamo che lasciare una recensione più che positiva! Host eccezionali, sempre disponibili, precisi e gentilissimi. L’appartamento è bellissimo, curato in ogni particolare e dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per sentirsi subito a casa. Inoltre, la posizione strategica lo rende ideale per spostarsi facilmente e godersi al meglio la zona. Un vero valore aggiunto è il posto auto privato, una comodità davvero apprezzata.

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

Great stay in Paola's lovely apartment, just as described. The terraces are fabulous. Great communication too. Marina di Ravens was quite quiet this week, but loved Ravenna. Also loved Cesenetico - very quaint town. Definitely recommend.

More than 5 stars! Above and beyond perfection!! A luxurious, modern, 2 bedroom condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Elegantly decorated. Squeaky clean. A bonus of a washer and dryer. Everything needed for 1 night, 1 month or longer stay. The private garden adds a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere which has a table, chairs and loungers to enjoy. The beach is within walking minutes with restaurants abundant. We were overwhelmed! The quaint town is also walking minutes from the condo. Many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and bus line. Tania is the ultimate host! Always available at any time and just as pleasant. This experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back and bring friends. Thank you Tania, your the best❣️
