Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

It was perfectly located to go around . It’s 30 mins to Dodge palace and St Marc’s basilica , but a nice walk and across the beautiful streets Just forgot to get milk , so ended up with black coffee or otherwise ok for 4 of us

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Tutto come nell'annuncio. Casa molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Nelle vicinanze di Prato della Valle e con una bella camminata si attraversa bene il centro godendo di tutte le sue bellezze. Ottima anche la presenza di supermercati vicino. Buona esperienza e buona comunicazione con l'host.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Sara et Matteo. Il est très agréable et lumineux et correspond parfaitement aux photos.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

What are you doing wasting time looking at other places, book this place immediately! It was absolutely the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! Paolo was an amazing host and this place was absolutely immaculate. Right out of a magazine. It looks way better in person than what the pictures show. Paolo met us at the train station and walked us to the unit. He showed us everything we needed to know and then walked us to the nearby main square to show us the grocery store and some of the great restaurants. He even bought us some drinks and snacks while we chatted and enjoyed his company. The apartment is right on the canal and has it's very own courtyard that you don't share with anyone. It was stocked with several pantry items and bread, milk, butter, water and juice for a quick breakfast. He also had Nespresso pods and coffee maker for a quick cup of coffee. The location was walkable to the train station and major attractions. I wish I could say more, but out of space.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Nicole is a absolute gem. Total sweetheart! She met us at check in and showed us how to use waterbus transportation, gave us directions to her fav restaurants nearby and suggestions on fun stuff to do in Venice. Her place is so clean and cute. She had espresso, water, orange juice and champagne for us! Location is super close to water transportation. She also gave us access to her bikes which we rode to pick up food twice. Super quiet and away from crowds. We loved it.

Feancesco and Nicola were really helpful, the communication went smoothly. They have asked every day if I need anything that makes my stay better. I got clear instructions on how to reach the property. We could reach every famous places by foot from the property. I can recommend Francesco and Nicola’s property!

Giovanna fue muy atenta y respondía a los mensajes rapidísimo. El apartamento esta a 2 minutos de Rialto y es muy cómodo. Las indicaciones de Giovanna muy utiles. Muy recomendable.

L’alloggio di Maurizio e Francesca offre tutte le comodità del caso, una posizione tranquilla e una casa curata nei minimi dettagli. Avete la posso di cucinare perché tutto il necessario è presente!

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Loved this place! I would 100 percent stay here again. It was so close to everything. Everything was so clean and there was grocery stores close by if we needed anything. If you want a place in the center of everything, this is it!

El mejor anfitrión que he tenido, me dio la bienvenida personalmente así como las instrucciones y mostró una gran iniciativa para ayudarnos a hacer nuestro hospedaje más ameno, el lugar está cerca del centro de Venecia y es muy cómodo. el verdadero 5 estrellas

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig (vor allem die Terrasse) und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt an der Promenade, aber das Kinderzimmer ist auf der ruhigen Rückseite; nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt). Zudem steht im Innenhof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Valeria und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für dieses Gesamtpaket war der Preis, den wir (in der Nebensaison) bezahlt haben, absolut in Ordnung. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand zu verbessern wären: Die Türen (insbesondere jene zum Kinderzimmer) lassen sich teilweise nur recht laut öffnen und schließen und sollten vielleicht geölt werden. Zudem könnten an den Fenstern und Türen Mückenschutzgitter angebracht werden. Sonst alles top, vielen Dank!

Anfitriã muito atenciosa. Além de todos os itens descritos no anúncio, fornece delicadezas que tornar único o apartamento. Local extremamente organizado, com muitas comodidades adicionais e muito próximo de Verona (com a linha 7E se chega em 40 min ao centro de Veneza)

Lovely place overlooking the Grand Canal. Very centrally located so we walked to all parts of Venice. Laura was very responsive and friendly. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The frescoes on the walls added to the Venice experience. Highly recommended.

Hossain fue muy amable y su departamento es muy lindo, amplio y limpio. Perfectamente ubicado en Mestre a sólo 15 minutos de la estación de tren. Excelente para evitar el ajetreo turístico de la isla de Venecia

Wonderful place to stay in a great location. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station without having to cross any bridges with your luggage. You can also easily get to the ferry stop that takes you to and from the airport (only one bridge to cross). We were able to check in early and Marisa was very kind and also showed us around the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and having the patio outside was great. The mattresses were firm but comfortable and there's a great grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again!
