Lido di Latina : locations d'appartements de vacances

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Ottimo e ampio appartamento con vista sui tetti del quartiere Marconi. Spazi molto comodi che fanno venire voglia di rientrare a casa. Letti comodi, tanti metri quadrati, terrazzo, zanzariere a tutte le finestre e grande flusso d'aria che hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole anche nel caldo torrido di agosto. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Cucina super fornita e grande lavanderia. Consigliatissimo!

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

L'appartamento era bellissimo e, soprattutto, molto luminoso. La ristrutturazione è moderna, e si percepisce subito un’atmosfera accogliente. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Roma: tranquilla ma vicina a tutto. Alessandro è stato un host gentile e disponibile.

This is probably the best experience I’ve had with staying at an Airbnb . Matteo was incredibly helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond to make our stay easy and hassle free. He recommended local places as well as accommodated an early check in and helped book transportation to and from the airport. The location of the home was perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the metro (kids slowed us down a bit) and it was not a crowded extremely touristy area. If I find myself back in Rome, I will absolutely book his home again.

A great place to stay and a fantastic host! Before arriving, we received a welcoming message with an array of useful information about public transport, airport transfers, the local area and how to find the flat, making our arrival stress free. Upon landing the host waited in the apartment for us welcoming with open arms, who showed his own personal homemade guide book for the local area. He was also able to advise on restaurants, bars, and best routes into the city centre for trams/trains/busses etc. The apartment was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for, which came in very handy for our visit. Extra bedding, pillows etc were provided also. I cannot fault the host, or the apartment, and will be recommending and returning (hopefully soon) to Kandinsky House!

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near all the top attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming & helpful, and also provided great local tips. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

It was perfect! Marianna is a very kind person, she was always avaiable to help us whenever we needed. And the accomodation had everything necessary to make us comfortable. The metro station is really near the apartament, and there's a market you can access just going downstairs and turning to the right. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Rome!

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

We loved staying in Anna’s bright and airy apartment. It was exactly as shown in photos with tasteful decor and unusual touches like a workout mat, meditation cushions and a piano, all of which we enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to interesting historical sites, beautiful parks and the lively Garbatella neighborhood. We’ve visited Rome many times over the years, so spent most of our time in the area of the apartment. If you’re up for it, the walk to the center is long (a bit over an hour) but interesting and easy to navigate.

Nous remercions Stefano pour son accueil et la visite se son appartement à l'arrivée. Très bel appartement bien situé et proche de toutes commodités. Stefano prend vraiment soin de ses hôtes en laissant des adresses utiles, une bouteille d'eau au frais en arrivant et 1 bouteille de vin. je recommande à 100%

A Maura é a anfitriã mais gentil e educada que já conheci. Sempre preocupada com o nosso bem estar e a disposição o tempo todo. O apartamento é impecável.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vincenzo's apartment. It was exactly as described, very spacious, comfortable and clean. It was situated in a beautiful area of Rome, with a park across the street, easy access to a full grocery store, restaurants and within walking distance to The Colosseum, Forum and the metro! We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come again!

Had a lovely stay here. Very responsive and accommodating. Really clean and nice property. Well located and still away from the crowded places. The jacuzzi was a boon after a typically touristy day. Very clean and well kept accommodation

We had an amazing time here. The host was very hospitable and communicative. The apartment was very tidy and cozy. We had all that we needed like a dishwasher, hair dryer, bath, towels and (extra) blankets. The apartment has a lot of windows and balconies. There were also cleaning products and equipment. The place also felt very secure and has a great internet connection. Would definitely recommend and come back some day.

Le séjour s’est super bien passé et le logement était parfait ! Exactement comme l’hôte le décrit . En cas de besoins, l’hôte est toujours disponible, il y’a eu une bonne communication ! Si je reviens à Fiumicino un jour, je reviendrais la !

Siamo stati qui due volte a distanza di 5 mesi. Ottimo appartmento in una zona tranquilla, facile parcheggio e non troppo distante dal centro. Entrambe le volte ottima comunicazione da parte dell'host. Consigliatissimo.

Es un excelente lugar, sus instalaciones limpias,ordenadas. La ubicación y el fácil acceso a medios de transporte es un gran atractivo. sin duda recomiendo este lugar y sobre todo a sus anfitriones Renato y Katia que son muy amables, claros y demasiado cordiales. Además que están muy atentos en toda tu estancia.
