Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Airbnb gefühlt. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Rachele's Mutter sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hat uns die wichtigen Dinge erklärt und uns im Haus herum geführt. Das Airbnb war liebevoll eingerichtet und es war überall sehr sauber. In der Küche waren auch alle notwendigen Utensilien, sodass wir auch oft gekocht haben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder☺️

Zuerst möchte ich gerne auf die Lage des Hauses eingehen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur 2-3 Minuten zum Strand. Das Haus ist viel besser als beschrieben!! Sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Vieles wurde uns bereitgestellt wovon man normalerweise nicht ausgeht. Der Pool und die Anlage dazu sehr gepflegt. Wir waren als Family dort, mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Svetlana und ihre Helferinnen/Helfer!

Wir verbrachten fünf wundervolle Tage am Gardasee in diesem traumhaften neuen Haus – und es hätte nicht perfekter sein können! Das Haus ist stilvoll, hochwertig eingerichtet und bis ins Detail perfekt ausgestattet. Die großzügige Terrasse mit ihrem herrlichen Ausblick auf den See war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Der Spazierweg von Lazise nach Bardolino führt direkt vorbei, beide Orte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Unser Hund hat die Umgebung ebenso geliebt wie wir! Ein großes Lob auch an unsere Gastgeberin Wienke. Sie war immer gut erreichbar, alles war perfekt vorbereitet und der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos. Ihre Organisation und Herzlichkeit haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Dieses Haus ist ein Tipp für alle, die Entspannung, Komfort und eine traumhafte Lage am Gardasee suchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Elisabetta’s home in Lake Garda! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Elisabetta was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Garda!

Wir hatten zu sechst einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus mit retro Charme hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Blick auf den See direkt am Fähranleger. Stefania reagierte immer schnell und flexibel und sendete tolle Tipps!

Erholung Pur! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, perfekt für Paare und bietet alles für einen schönen, ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Auch die Lage ist grossartig, ebenso die Umgebung. Im der Nähe hat es mehrere Restaurants sowie eine Bar und eine kleine Eisdiele, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Erika ist eine sehr gute und angenehme Gastgeberin. Kleiner Tipp- Sie produziert auf einem schönen Grundstück ca. 25 Minuten mit dem PW von der Unterkunft entfernt, vorzügliches Olivenöl und Honig. Wir können die Unterkunft besten weiter empfehlen.

נהננו מאוד מהשהיה שלנו בבית של סילביה. הכל היה מושלם, היא הייתה גמישה מאוד עם שינויים ברגע האחרון שהפכו לנו את הטיול למדהים.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , la casa molto luminosa accongliete e fornita di tutto, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro...al nostro arrivo Anna e Niko, ci hanno acconto con un ben venuto sia per noi che per i miei due cani... La consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono esplorare le bellezze di Desenzano e dintorni pernottando in un ambiente familiare e riservato e vicino a tutte le attrazioni del lago

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

Alles bestens...sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft nahe dem See und trotzdem ruhig, toller Ausblick...die Wohnung ist gross und sehr sauber. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great last minute stay in Bardolino. The apartment is huge with beautiful terraces. Great location right outside the ZTL with easy access to the town by foot. Parking space during peak season is a wonderful addition. Alberto’s and his father met us early and allowed us to park our car in the spot while cleaners prepared us for an early check-in and let us leave our car there for a while the day of check out. Great place and great hosts!

Prachtige ligging, heel mooie tuin en zwembad, hij doet ai het nodige dat alles er piekfijn bij ligt. Aangename man die alles doet om u tevreden te stellen Ciao JP

Wir waren drei Nächte hier (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Baby) und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich super, mit einer tollen Aussicht, in einem schönen Ort über dem Gardasee. Alles war sehr sauber und neu, die Betten sehr bequem und in der Küche gab es alles, was wir brauchten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und immer Sommer bestimmt eine richtige Oase! Check-in und Kommunikation mit Davide war sehr einfach und nett! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Siamo stati in sei per trascorrere la settimana di capodanno 2025. È stato un piacere stare presso il casale, l’abbiamo veramente vissuto come l’ambiente caldo e accogliente di un luogo “nostro”. La struttura trasmette l’atmosfera della tipica casa in campagna, con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Ciliegina sulla torta il garbo e l’accoglienza calorosa di Laura e Carlo

Claudio was very nice, the home was spacious and clean. Very close to the entrance into Gardaland park.

The stay at Viletta Nico was perfect. We had everything we needed, everything was clean, the room would have easily been big enough for basically 8 people (we were 6). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each has shower + toilet, 1 washing machine), kitchen + lounge. A big plus is the private whirlpool in the garden; we could use it even though it was off-season (in mid october), which was very nice. The house is part of a residential estate with other houses directly next, so a very big pool can used on top of the whirlpool in summer. Lots of parking spaces in front of the house can be used for free safely, as only people within the estate have access to the parking lot. Nico is very friendly and flexibel, helped us a lot and we could always ask questions. The location is in the middle of Sirmione, a supermarket is reachable in 3 minutes by foot, lake Garda also in 5 minutes reachable by foot. All of this for a super low price; the price-performance ratio is insane. We would go there again. 5/5

Okay here it goes , the description of the house was spot on , but not only was it spot on it was better than the pictures. location was lovely , quite which was what I was looking for but 2 steps to the lake where you could swim and relax , right on the bus route and ferries to other parts of the lake , myself and friend could not complain about anything . I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a home away from home , a wonderful warm and friendly host in a beautiful part of Italy . ohhh and the house had everything that you would need when going self catering and oh boy the furniture was gorgeous and extremely well maintained .
