Die Lage ist einfach perfekt mitten gleich hinter der Straße vor dem Stand. Also Ruhig aber alles in der Nähe super zu erreichen und zum Strand nur ein paar Schritte (auch wenn wir Ihn nur entlang spaziert sind am Abend aufgrund der Jahreszeit) Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Zentral gelegen und direkt am Strand.

Simona è un ottima padrona di casa Sempre disponibile e vicino a noi in ogni giornata del viaggio. Molto dolce e premurosa Si preoccupare di far sentire il cliente davvero a proprio agio. La casa è Attrezzata di tutto quello Che si ha bisogno e lei mette a disposizione tutto l indispensabile anche se stai pochi giorni e vuoi farti un piatto di pasta, un caffè e una colazione senza dover uscire. La zona è fornita di ristoranti bar negozi gelaterie a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ovviamente l estate c e più vita ma se si cerca in bassa stagione qualche giorno di relax è comunque pronta ad offrire tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. Grazie Gianmarco e Jessica

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Прекрасный дом с двумя большими террасами, грилем и большим столом на улице. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В жаркую погоду очень помогает кондиционер, он стоит на кухне, но охлаждает весь дом. Квартира рядом с морем и недалеко от хороших ресторанов. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

Un séjour très agréable, dans un endroit très calme, avec beaucoup de lieux naturels et historiques à visiter: les plages, le delta du Pô et ses nombreuses réserves, Rimini, Comacchio et même Venise... À noter que la literie est particulièrement confortable dans une maison agréable et propre où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Tiziana, même sans l'avoir vue nous pouvons le dire, est une personne très sympathique, une hôtesse parfaite.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Appartamento delizioso al sesto piano (con ascensore) che affaccia sul mare e la spiaggia sottostante. Pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno più che gradevole. A massimo un'ora di macchina da città che vale sicuramente la pena visitare. Host gentilissimo, puntuale e disponibile a dare suggerimenti.

Piccolo ma confortevole alloggio: molto pulito, perfettamente riscaldato, silenzioso, con un bel terrazzo. Finemente arredato, è evidente un tocco femminile. Ottima soluzione per una coppia. Consigliato non solo per chi desidera godersi il mare ma anche per coloro che come noi amano poter scoprire il bellissimo entroterra. È situato in una situazione strategica che offre molte opportunità.

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

Una padrona di casa esemplare, premurosa e veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è molto bello, grande e fornito di un ottima cucina. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo!

Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Tolle Gastgeber, aber Umgebung enttäuschend Ignazio und Stefania waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir durften sogar schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und geräumig. Außerdem haben wir von den Nachbarn überhaupt nichts mitbekommen – es war sehr ruhig. die Wohnung etwas schwer zu finden. Was die Umgebung betrifft, waren wir leider enttäuscht. Es gab keine geöffneten Geschäfte in der Nähe, und das Gebiet scheint kein Tourismusziel mehr zu sein. Der Strand war zudem verschmutzt, was die Freude am Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt hat. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier, allerdings sollte man sich auf eingeschränkte Freizeitmöglichkeiten einstellen

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa e non possiamo che esprimere una valutazione estremamente positiva. L’alloggio è stato perfetto: ben curato, pulito e molto confortevole. L'host è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un'esperienza tranquilla e accogliente. Saremo felici di tornare in futuro. 🍕
