Die Gastfreundschaft war einwandfrei, Andrea war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einer schönen Veranda man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal für Liebhaber von Ruhe und Natur mit schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft in den Tälern. Absolut emfehlenswert.

La casa di Maurizio è a dir poco splendida Penso che poche persone nella vita abitino in una casa così bella e di lusso La posizione senza macchina non è comoda, ma se si vuole trascorrere del tempo o delle vacanze in una zona splendida e in un una casa splendida questo è il posto giusto. Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr angenehmes und kühles Haus. Alles was man brauchte, war vorhanden und die Lage war wirklich sehr ruhig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft in Montegiardino wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare, con un gruppo di amici, in questa grande casa al mare ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. La location è infatti proprio ideale per gruppi e/o famiglie numerose; offre ampi spazi, sia interni che esterni. La casa è molto accogliente e ben arredata, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Ma ciò che ha reso ancora più piacevole la vacanza è stata l'ospitalità dell'host. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. L'host è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Consiglio vivamente questa casa al mare a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante in una posizione tranquilla e con un'ospitalità eccezionale.

We hebben drie fantastische weken gehad in het huis van Stefania. We waren met twee stellen, er was genoeg ruimte en privacy voor iedereen. We gaan al jaren samen op vakantie naar Italië, maar dit was het beste huis wat we ooit hebben gehuurd. Prachtige ligging, fijne tuin, gezellig dorpje met een winkel in levensmiddelen en verschillende restaurants. En er is in de omgeving zoveel moois te zien en te beleven. We maakten veel gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, zowel de bus uit Gabicce als de trein vanuit Cattolica. Stefania is een 'tophost', altijd bereikbaar, en met goeie tips. Bij aankomst stond er een schaal met fruit en een fles wijn klaar. Ontzettend aardig!

We stayed here for an entire week with our three kids (age 8 and 6). It's one of the best places we've stayed in Italy over the years. The house is incredibly cozy and fully equipped. It's located on the top of hill/mountain surrounded by trees and has a big garden with lots of shadow. The sunset is gorgeous. The town with shops and restaurants is very close. There are plenty of places to explore in the wider area (e.g. Ravenna, Rimini, San Leo, San Marino,...). The house is located right next to an adventure park. Our kids enjoyed it very much. The ticket allows you to go for free the next day. During our stay, some groups of kids arrived at the adventure park in the mornings, which caused some noise. We didn't mind, however. The house and quiet scenery during the rest of our stay fully made up for it! The cherry on top? Licia is super responsive and offered us to come and enjoy their beach bar and swimming pool in Rimini. In short: highly recommended accommodation!

Nicoletta è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e amichevole. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, venendoci anche incontro sugli orari di check-in e di check-out. Ci ha inoltre consigliato degli ottimi locali dove gustare le prelibatezze locali. La casa si trova in una posizione panoramica a breve distanza da Rimini. Ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante in mezzo al verde.

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

Et flott opphold, stort hus med mange soverom. Christina var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Hun hadde mange gode tips til ting å gjøre i nærmiljøet. Vi fikk også en kveld med pizza tilberedt av verten, som vi satt stor pris på! Verten bor på baksiden av huset, men det var bare hyggelig. Vi så lite til de, men det var rask å hjelpe om det var noe vi lurte på. De første dagene vi var der var det veldig varmt, og det ble veldig varmt i 2 etasje. Det kunne nok helst vært installert en AC der. Det var AC i første etasje. Anbefales for store familier!

Tilava ja kaunis Villa, jossa iso piha ja uima-allas. 4 aikuista + 1&3 vuotiaat lapset mahtuivat erinomaisesti. Keittiö on todella tilava ja toimiva. Andreas kanssa viestittely oli erittäin nopeaa ja sujuvaa, hän varasi meille taksit lähtöpäivän sekä vuokra-autot koko matkan ajaksi, jotka odottivat meitä juna-asemalla valmiina saapuessamme! Vuokra-auto(t) ovat lähes välttämättömät jos haluaa nähdä tunnin matkan päässä olevia kohteita. Viinin ystäville iso suositus käydä Guerrierin viinitilalla.

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.

Alda made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful time at the house, in town and at the beach. We will definitely be back another time.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Casa impeccabile, come da descrizione, servizi ottimi per adulti e bambini. La casa é perfetta anche per i proprietari di cani, perché gli spazi sono molto ampi, completamente recintati e la zona é molto tranquilla. Federico é un host molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großes Anwesen mit eigenem Pool und in ruhiger idyllischer Lage. 😊 Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage in Davides Unterkunft und waren in Summe 10 Personen inkl. Kinder. Das Haus mit eigenem Pool und das große Anwesen lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Nach Pesaro zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt und ist in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Davide war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns als Wilkommensgeschenk einen tollen regionalen Essenskorb überlassen. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

We had a fantastic stay in Pesaro! The house and pool are very pleasant and the hiosts really responsive. They also had great recommandations!

Camera pulita e in ordine, bagno pulito, ottima gestione del check-in, ampio parcheggio. Abbastanza facile da trovare, ma Google Maps porta all'inizio della via, poi è necessario percorrere altri 250 mt per raggiungere l'abitazione.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!
