Lido di Venezia : locations de vacances à la plage en appartement

Nous avons été très bien accueille. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. Ils ont anticipé les questions ou problèmes que nous aurions pu rencontrer tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description. Il est placé à l’extérieur de Venise tout en étant à proximité. L’endroit est calme est très bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Hilfreich war, dass die Tochter von Adriana sehr gut Englisch spricht. Wenn Mieter nur zu zweit sind und getrennte Schlafzimmer wünschen, sollten sie dies vorher Adriana mitteilen.

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

We´ve had a great time at Claudias appartment - already for the third time. The location is great (especially with kids - the flat is equipped with everything you need for small children), we really like it there!! Thanks for having us again! See you next time ;-)

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell, modern, gut ausgestattet und super sauber, der Balkon ist geschützt und sehr idyllisch; genau so, wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. We were at Agata's place in November 2024. We had a great time. The home was comfortable and beautiful with great historic appeal. It was in a great location, close to the major sites but two short bridges off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet too. It seemed like a safe area. We walked from the train station. There was a market close by and numerous restaurants to count. The weather was pretty cold and we were grateful we brought warm clothes and prepared for rain although it did not rain during this time. The shower took a while to get warm but it did get warm and was enough for 2 people. The terrace was amazing and during a warmer month it would be fantastic.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

Un beau séjour en famille. Depuis Jesolo, nous avons pu profiter de Venise et des îles environnantes (Burano, Murano …). Le Resort du golf est très paisible et cosy (bon ok, la carte du resto est courte … mais Giovanni nous a donné des tuyaux sur les alentours). La piscine 🏊🏻‍♂️ est top et les pelouses parfaites pour un foot ⚽️ avec les boys. L’appartement est lumineux, fonctionnel et propre. Tout y est ! … y compris un nombre de rangements juste incroyable. Idéal pour notre famille de 4 avec 2 jeunes garçons. Last but not least, Giovanni a été un hôte extraordinaire du début à la fin : disponible, réactif et soucieux de nous permettre de profiter au mieux. Un immense merci !

Abbiamo passato tre bellissimi giorni al Lido di Venezia nell’appartamento di Alberto. L’appartamento è grande e luminoso oltre che pulitissimo. Noi eravamo in 7 con tre bambini e l’appartamento è molto adatto e comodo per raggiungere sia vaporetto che andare in spiaggia. Siamo stati accolti benissimo. Consigliatissimo! Grazie di tutto

alloggio perfetto per una vacanza a Jesolo. posizione ottima centrale ma riparata dal caos. appartamento fornito di tutti i comforts. siamo stati benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. soprattutto perché ha il posto auto privato!

Nur wenige Minuten vom Anleger entfernt liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Herzlich wurden wir von der Mutter der Gastgeberin empfangen, die auch die Absprachen während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts einfach und zuverlässig gestaltete. Wir würden gerne einmal wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft war TOP. Eine Ruhige Umgebung, aber trotzdem alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sauber u Stefania jederzeit gut erreichbar. Eine Buchung Wert u für uns sicher wieder eine Option wenn wir wieder in Jesolo Urlaub machen.

Logement simpas malgré qu il soit au dernier étage sans ascenseur. En revanche il faudrait boucher la vitre au dessus de la porte afin de ne pas être réveiller quand les voisins rentre tard.. Point positif là clim qui nous a beaucoup servie car la température exterieur etait élevé. Bonnes explications pour les choses à faire à proximité dommage que ça ne soit pas aussi en français ça m à pris du temps de tout traduire par Google. Je recommande ce logement et cette hôte.

Her and her husband were amazing hosts! So friendly and helpful. The husband picked us up at the station when we arrived which was very helpful and told us about the area on the way. The place was perfect. We arrived with snacks and coffee laid out on the kitchen table which we used throughout our stay ! The bus stop was right outside the airbnb and the beach was only 3mins away. Everything about this stay was perfect. I would highly recommend :)

Ich hatte mit Freunden eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Daniele gebucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche vor Ort. Das Wetter hat auch glücklicherweise entsprechend mitgepsielt wir hatten Sonne pur. Wir haben regelmäßige die Fahrer genommen um damit unsere Einkäufe zu erledigen, aber in der Regel ist auch alle problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren jeden Abend im Zentrum von Jesolo essen, welche Problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder in die Unterkunft von Daniele gehen :)

This is a really good apartment. We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The pool is very nice, the beach is close and it’s easy to get to Venice by bus and boat. Alberto is very helpful and answered every question we had very rapidly.

Sara is a very nice person, everything was fine :)

Nur zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist super alles war sauber. Die Dusche könnte man vllt wieder erneuern aber auch das Bad war sauber. Pool ist direkt neben dem Garten und wurde auch regelmäßig gesäubert. Strand ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Schöner feiner sauberer Sandstrand. Danke für alles

Appartmento molto pulito spazioso e confortevole, con tutto il necessario all'interno, consigliatissimo. Host molto gentili e disponibili.

Tolle Lage und schöne sichere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend und in Strandnähe. Die berühmte Einkaufsstraße von Jesolo war ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls kann die sehr Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorgehoben werden. Als Beispiel kann ich nennen, dass wir ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie einen Sonnenschirm gebraucht haben und der Gastgeber diese am nächsten Tag direkt vorbeigebracht hat. Ebenso waren die Damen am Empfang im Hotel (wo man die Schlüssel holen muss) sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dieses Hotel ist auch ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Zusammenfassend können wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Es war wunderschön bei Alessandro. Die Kommunikation lief toll,die Beschreibung und Fotos entsprachen der Realität.. Immer erreichbar,sehr freundlich und unkompliziert . Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!
