Lido di Venezia : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Great place to stay, if tou want to come back in the evening to the quite and not crowded place. Easy access to other islands. The beach is close by.

We really enjoyed our stay—it was peaceful, bright, and airy, with plenty of natural light in the living space. The space was perfect for our family with a child to relax, chat, cook, and spend time together. Everything was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host was responsive and very helpful with every little question we had. Perfect location: within 5–15 minutes’ walking distance to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops, beaches, and transport services to Punta Sabbioni, Venice or the airport. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with every little question we had. We had an amazing family time and felt completely relaxed, with all amenities and support at hand. Honestly, the photos on Airbnb don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person! We definitely recommend this place and would love to return again.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Nagelneue Doppelhaushälfe mit ausgefallener Architektur und großer Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Lagune. Die Vermieter, ein junges Ehepaar, Christian und Elisa bewohnen das Nachbarhaus. Sie sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein und waren über Handy immer erreichbar. Das Haus hat ein großes Grundstück und zwei überdachte und sichtgeschützte Terrassen, sowie einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es liegt ruhig am Ortsrand, zur Lagune und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 100m. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man nach ca 500m zum wunderschönen Naturstrand des Lido, wo wir jeden Tag noch schwimmen waren. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank! Katja und Johannes

Celeste was super welcoming. The house was perfect and so clean. We enjoyed a lot with the family, with also a child. In the surroundings we found everything that we needed, and the restaurants are very nice. The sea is just at few meters and if you don't want to swim in the seawater there is a swimming pool just in the garden. Super consigliata!

Alles richtig Super. Die Kinder waren begeistert und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Einzig WLAN war sehr oft nicht verfügbar, aber im Urlaub nicht wirklich schlimm.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Viele Infos zu Haus, Umgebung und Ausflügen. Fahrräder zur Fahrt an den Strand wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist modern und mit sehr guten (leisen) Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Jedes Fenster und die Eingangstüre haben Mückengitter.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

Komunikace s ubytovatelem probíhala bez problémů, paní Barbaba na nás čekala u zastávky Vaporeta a dovezla nás autobusem do bytu, byla velmi přátelská, dala na sebe kontakt, dala doporučení, kam se podivat na Lidu. Ubytování v klidné čtvrti, vybavení pěkné, jen nefunguje rychlovarná konvice, byt hezčí než na fotkách. Ubytovatel byl nápomocný při problémech se zapomenutými klíči večer. Pobyt jsme si moc užili, líbilo se nám, klidná a bezpečná ctvrt, blizko do centra Luda, do Benátek je to Vaporetem kousek. Je to blízko k moři i k laguně. Děkujeme Enricovi i Barbare, prijeli bychom znovu.

Das Haus von Valeria und Luciano ist zu mehr als 100% zu empfehlen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Sowohl der Weg zum Strand als auch zu den Geschäften (Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar) ist ideal, da alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die beiden sind sooo lieb und immer erreichbar und stehen von Anfang an mit Rat zur Seite. Das Grundstück ist riesig und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Cavallino ist ein kleiner Vorort mit lieben Menschen. Jesolo ist mit dem Auto (15 min) oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar, sowie auch die Fähre nach Venedig.

Everything was very nice, clean and friendly. the owners welcomed me, even though I arrived very late in the evening, and allowed me to check out at a time that was more convenient for me. the whole apartment was very carefully prepared. everything I needed for a comfortable stay in the house was there (the owners even brought me an electric kettle, even though it was not originally in the apartment). it was very convenient to get to the islands and to Venice, to the Venice Biennale - by boat, an hour's drive and with a beautiful view of the sea. and the location of the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.

Wir waren leider nur drei Nächte bei Carlotta, haben uns aber sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und wir hatten mit Carlottas Vater einen äußerst liebenswerten Ansprechpartner. Gäbe es einen sechsten Stern, würde ihn Carlotta, ihre Familie und ihre Unterkunft absolut verdienen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und wünschen Carlotta und ihrer Familie alles Gute!!!

We had a lovely stay at Virgi's house. She and her mother, Malvina, were both lovely to deal with. They were very friendly, helpful and communicative. The house felt very cosy, was very well equipped, and was an easy walk to bars, restaurants, the beach and the vaporetto stop. It was a nice peaceful location from which it was easy to travel to all of the Venice sites. I have no hesitation in recommending it as a great place to stay.
