We had a lovely stay at Francescas. The location was great, only 100m from the stop at San Stae and about 10 minutes from Rialto. There were lots of decent restaurants nearby. The flat is very comfortable and we enjoyed the view over a pretty garden. Francesca sent detailed instructions on how to get to the flat. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

We had a beautiful stay in Fabio’s apartment. It is in a gorgeous neighbourhood which is very near to all the sights, but felt so quiet and tucked away. The peace of the small canals to the front and side was very welcome. The apartment is very comfortable on the inside too. The bed was large and had a very good (new) mattress. We slept so well! The bathroom is modern and clean, with a good shower (warm and powerful). The kitchen was well equipped and modern. With a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The latter being very welcome for early morning runners like me. The transfer from the airport was seamless and easy and we arrived in style to our neighborhood in the gorgeous water taxi provided. We were met at the water taxi stop and guided to our apartment by Raoul (preventing us inevitably getting lost first). Raoul showed us around the apartment and made us feel very at home. All in all a faultless stay in a beautiful place.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

A 30 minutes de Venise historique en bus, super facile de s'y rendre et le logement en vaut vraiment la peine. Le plus beau et confortable pour le prix de notre séjour en Italie. Rue piétonnière, confortable, design unique et Nicola s'est assuré de notre confort des l'arrivée. Nous recommandons fortement.

Alessandro was there to meet us, even though we arrived very late at night. He had a bus ticket already bought for us and instructions on how to get to Venice, which is only a short bus ride. The apartment was convenient and quiet with shops and amenities nearby,

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

The house is located on a small quiet street in the center if Venice. The room is lovely with a comfy bed and a garden view. It even had fresh flowers on the table. It fits 2 persons perfectly. The bathroom is spottless clean and also with a nice view. Mirco is a great and super friendly host, he had thought of everything - great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see, he even left us a little surprise gift 😍 Really responsive on airbnb - replies is 5 min.

Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

Le logement est top, je recommande, il est assez grand, très propre, bonne literie, bon emplacement, loin de la foule mais aussi très proche des rues animées Conseil de l’aéroport, pour votre transfert prendre la compagnie privée Alilaguna Blue, 15€ par personne par trajet, vous arrivez très proche de l’appart. Proche d’un arrêt Vaporetto pour accéder aux îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello, prévoyez 1 journée pour visiter les 3 îles

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Schönes Appartement im Herzen von Venedig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Ca. 1,2 km. vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alles war super sauber und ansprechend möbliert. Besonders nett - und nicht selbstverständlich- waren kühlgestellte Wasserflaschen zum Empfang. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, aber wurde von uns wegen der Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind jeweils 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt eine Bar/Restaurant in direkter Nähe aber auch sonst sind Bars und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Loris war per Chat immer erreichbar und hat unseren Sonderwunsch nach einer zusätzlichen Decke direkt erfüllt. Wenn man empfindlich ist, sollte man für nachts ein Mückenrepellent im Gepäck haben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Venice has been our favorite city so far. Andrea met us at the water bus and walked us to the apartment. He even helped carry many of our bags up the 73 stairs! That was a bonus. The only downside was the construction on the stairs going to to the apartment which got us very dirty and it was also quite dangerous, as because of the construction dust, the marble stairs became very slippery (one of our group actually fell on the stairs taking our luggage out upon checkout). So, not Andreas fault at all, but that was our only complaint.

This flat is in a beautiful location overlooking a canal. It's in a really sweet neighbourhood, with a few bars and restaurants as well as a grocery shop and greengrocers very nearby. All of the stunning sites of Venice are in walking distance but it was nice to be staying away from the crowds (we visited at Carnivale!) and not right in the centre, and it was a lot less touristy. It's also a great location for getting to and from the airport more quickly via the Alilaguna water boat. Inside, it is small but perfectly formed, clean and functional, as you can see from the photos. The highlight for me was the little balcony from the main bedroom, where you can just about fit two chairs to sit outside and admire the view. We had a wonderful visit (three adults), and highly recommend the apartment.
