Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Le logement de Soraya est vraiment génial pour profiter pleinement de la magnifique ville de Bologna. Très propre (immaculé), vraiment confortable et hyper bien situé, absolument tout peut se faire à pied. De plus, Soraya est une hôte sympathique et elle s'est assuré de notre confort tout au long de notre séjour. Ne manquez pas cette opportunité! Grazie mille Soraya!

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience here - Barbara was an excellent host - warm, welcoming, flexible when our flight was delayed. She gave us her insights about Bologna's charms, guide books were available, and she was quick to respont to questions. We were visiting family and it was convenient and comfortable for our needs, so central and in a lively location, so many restaurants and sights nearby too. The apartment itself had all we needed - bright spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. And the price was right! We hope to stay again soon. Thank you Barbara!

Super! Abbiamo prenotato La casa di Aurora perchè avevamo una serata a teatro. Paolo ci ha scritto tutte le indicazioni utili, e siamo arrivati dritti all’appartamento. La chicca è che si parcheggia proprio davanti la porta dell’appartamento e per noi è stato comodissimo poi spostarci vista la zona ben servita e a 15 metri dalla fermata dell’autobus che porta al centro. Appartamento carinissimo, ben disposto e pulitissimo. Grazie mille Paolo, quando torneremo a Bologna sarai la nostra tappa fissa.

Eccellente sistemazione nel centro storico di Chioggia, punto silenzioso. Nel raggio di dieci minuti a piedi si ha a disposizione molto da visitare e ogni servizio necessario. Eccellente Host Jolena, disponibile nei consigli e gentile anche nel concederci di lasciare i nostri bagagli fino al pomeriggio della nostra partenza, dato che l’alloggio non doveva essere occupato da altri, consentendoci un ultimo tour in libertà.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda , appartamento molto confortevole, poiché dotato di vari elettrodomestici (non tutti sono dotati di frullatore elettrico e ad immersione!). Ho apprezzato anche la posizione poiché permette di parcheggiare comodamente la macchina e ci sono una gastronomia/pasticceria e una friggitoria a pochi metri da casa.

I had a wonderful stay here. Marilena is so nice and was very responsive to any and all of my questions. She provided me with local recommendations and even called ahead to make reservations for me! The house was very clean and located in a very rural area. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay off the beaten path. L’appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato forse una decina di anni fa mantenendo le mattonelle forse originali nella zona cucina e bagno del piano terra. Qualche quadro un po’ inquietante lo avrei evitato ma a parte queste piccolezze l’appartamento è gradevole e sei come a casa. Un comodo zona living con un bel televisore, adiacente alla cucina. I bagni sono molto piccoli ma non si poteva fare altro in queste graziose casette del centro. Comodo il fatto che non hai la chiave. C’è un moderno sistema a combinazione per accedere alla casa. Letti comodi ed ampi. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro.

I can’t say enough good about this stay. Marco was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Pia followed up with a message to check on us the next day. The home had everything we needed to make our 3 night stay perfect. The location is great, easy walking throughout the city and just a few minutes from the train station. I would highly recommend Casa Adriana.

If you are looking for a place to use as an ideal base to explore the region, I’d look no further. The house is excellently located, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and with the sort of tranquility and surroundings you’d wish for after a day out visiting the various cities and borghi of Emilia Romagna. It is very well equipped too. Federica is a fantastic host who was very communicative and helpful in every way. In all aspects, this place is highly recommendable.

Alice's apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Chioggia, nested between two canals. The apartment is beautiful, modern, well-equipped and quiet. For those who come to Chioggia by car, the Park Unione is nearby and affordable (€10 a night in December). Meanwhile, bus #80 takes you to Venice from Rua Niccaria in Chioggia in 65 minutes for €14 round trip. The last bus back to Chioggia is late in the night, making it convenient for a day trip. As to Alice, she is super responsive and available. She gave us great advice on where to eat, shop, and sightsee. Thank you very much, Alice, for a delightful stay.

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

Siamo stati quattro giorni in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda, ma quando l'ho detto a Claudio dopo 10 minuti è venuto e l'ha subito risolto. Consigliato.

È la seconda volta che vengo nell’alloggio di Sara e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che dovessero passare nei dintorni! L’host Sara è disponibilissima e gentilissima, lascia nell’appartamento sempre dei fiori e della frutta come accoglienza per l’ospite, da me sempre molto apprezzati 🌸🍊 L’arredamento è moderno e funzionale, il letto è comodo e la doccia è semplicemente bellissima, una vera coccola la cromoterapia 😍

Great stay! The place is small, but was perfect for me as a solo traveller. It was exactly as described. Nice access to the garden out back. Some things were extra great because you don't always get them in Italy: mosquito screen on the door/window, air conditioning, and late check-in at no extra charge. Lots of fun, young bars nearby – but the flat is quite quiet. Host was wonderful and communicative. Would recommend.
