Lido : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We really enjoyed our visit to Veince, and staying at this apartment added to the enjoyment. It is in the Castello district, which is far enough away from the crowds to afford peace and quiet, but near enough to walk to the centre in about 10 minutes. There is a very pleasant stretch of the Via Guiseppe Garibaldi right next to it with bars, cafes, supermarket etc. The apartment itself is clean, secure and spacious. There is an upper room leading to a marvellous roof terrace - a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of white whilst watching the Venetian sunset. Johannes was on hand very promptly to answer any queries we had. We would definitely look to see if this place was available on any future visit to Venice.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch einen späten Checkout ermöglicht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen!!

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Gutes Appartment für Familie oder auch Paare. Tolle Lage. Wir haben einen Ausflug auf Venedig gemacht. ca. 25min zum Schiff und mit dem Schiff ca. 30 min fahrt. Ruhigerer Teil von Jesolo. Direkt ein Spielplatz für Kleinkinder nebenan. Restaurants und Strand innerhalb 10min erreichbar.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und war sehr sauber. Ein eigener Parkplatz und ein eigener Strand waren noch eine tolle Zugabe. Linda war immer hilfreich und hat uns unterstützt. Wir haben jeden Tag in der Wohnung genossen.

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. Berto is an amazing host. He made us feel right at home, he was so friendly and personable. He went above and beyond any other host I've had. He is the gold standard, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Any time I go to Venice I will book with him if I can!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Paola è una host perfetta e super disponibile. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e la casa era confortevole e pulita. Avevamo paura di aver freddo e invece la casa, nonostante sia grande, è ben regolata e calda. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e avevamo tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente se ci troveremo in queste zone di nuovo.

What a wonderful place to stay in Venice, especially with kids! Beautiful, stylish and calm - a little oasis on a quiet canal, very spacious and with its own private courtyard. Plus amazing hosts who went above and beyond to arrange our transport, guide us personally to the house, and check in on us throughout our stay. Thank you!

The pictures do NOT do this place justice! From the minute we walked into the front door with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic wooden beams, we were in love. This AirBNB provided a clean and beautiful space that truly gave us the Italian experience. The location was perfect- quiet and serene but close to all necessary amenities. I can’t say enough about the host and their team- they were so kind and supportive, offering local suggestions and recommendations. If we messaged them, they responded very quickly. If you are considering this place, I encourage you- do it! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s in a convenient location, right next to a large supermarket and close to an area with plenty of restaurants. The tram stop is just in front of the building and takes you directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice. Communication with Roberto was fast and smooth, and the check-in process was easy. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the apartment. Barbara and Lillo were very nice hosts who we felt we could turn to if we needed. The apartment was bright and very nice. All amenities are available. We really recommend Barbara and Lillo's apartment.
