Ligurie : locations de villas de vacances

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia ed il nostro cane nella bellissima villa di Silvana dal 24 al 26 dicembre per festeggiare il Natale e che dire.. la casa stupenda, già lo avevamo intuito dalle foto ma dal vivo mille volte meglio. Eravamo 11 persone, casa super spaziosa totalmente a nostra disposizione, pulita, cucine e bagni attrezzati di tutto il necessario ma soprattutto, nonostante le grandi dimensioni, riscaldata perfettamente. Il giardino bellissimo molto curato e ben recintato dove ho potuto lasciar correre e giocare il mio cane in totale sicurezza. Dalla casa, attraverso un cancelletto privato, con una passeggiata di appena 5 minuti, si raggiunge il piccolo centro di Novello. Silvana ed il marito sono stati davvero super gentili sin dai primi contatti in fase di prenotazione per poi accoglierci personalmente il giorno del check-in. Un dettaglio che abbiamo AMATO, ci hanno fatto trovare la casa addobbata ed un bellissimo albero di Natale nel salone della casa.

Ho soggiorno in questa stupenda villa per una notte con degli amici. La casa è attrezzata di tutto. Il proprietario ha sempre risposto molto velocemente alle mie richieste. È andato tutto molto molto bene anche grazie a Salvatore (il proprietario) e Stefania che ci ha accolti. La super consiglio!!!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Tolles Haus für einen Urlaub mit Freunden. Es liegt sehr idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell an vielen guten Klettergebieten und an den Stränden. Der Pizzaofen war ein Highlight und der Kaminofen macht's im Winter wunderschön warm. Ideal war es auch für die sechs Kinder, die im und rund ums Haus auf der großen Terrasse und im Wald viel Platz zum Spielen hatten. Marco war jederzeit erreichbar und zur Stelle, wenn man ihn mal brauchte und super nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Brits Haus sehr genossen - insbesondere die tolle Aussicht, die ist atemberaubend, großzügige Terassen und Ruhe. Auch die Enrichtung hat uns gut gefallen, praktisch, modern und zweckmäßig. Danke ebenfalls für den Empfang und die Tipps von Xenia. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

This is a wonderful home for a beautiful family vavation. The pool is fantastic, the house is spacious and beautiful. Also, all three bedrooms have AC, which is well-appreciated. Camilla is a great host too who immediately reacts to messages. We spent a total of 17 nights and could not be happier. Toirano is a special place and you will enjoy it as the base og your Ligurian place a lot. You will enjoy this fantastic house.

Nico and Serena were best hosts for almost three weeks combined vacation/working remotely. Them were very friendly and helpful, thank you Nico and Serena (also our friends who visited there, were very happy of their stay)!

Wunderschöne Villa in großem Garten mit traumhaften Blicken aufs Meer und umliegende Hügel. Das großzügige Haus war in jeder Hinsicht top ausgestattet; angefangen bei Küche und Ausstattung über den sehr gut funktionierenden Außengrill, den schön gestalteten Essplatz bis hin zu Lektüre und Spielen. Optimal um dort mit Familie od. Freund*innen Zeit zu verbringen. Unten in den Küstenorten „ steppt der Bär“ - oben auf dem Berg Kontrastprogramm. Gold wert der PP in der Parkgarage in S. Margherita. Die letzten 50m hinab zum/hinauf zur Straße sind die ersten Male wegen der Steilheit etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; PS-schwache PKWs besser oben an der Straße parken 😉

Catarina's place is fantastic - it's clean, beautiful, comfortable and has captivating views! We had a terrific stay!

Superbe séjour ! Villa idéale pour se ressourcer, les vues sont incroyables même début décembre, et quel que soit le moment de la journée. La maison est très bien placée et il y a une petite plage en bas du village, très charmante. A l'intérieur de la villa tout fonctionne bien et Florian est un hôte très réactif, toujours là pour aider et conseiller des balades, même si c'est parfois dur de sortir de cet endroit magique !

Dieses Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht! Wunderschön und ruhig in den piemontesischen Hügeln gelegen. Alles war sauber und die Kommunikation von einer anderen Welt. Bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. La luna bouna ist auch positiv zu erwähnen und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Der beste Einstieg in den Urlaub :) Danke Samantha!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Paolo and Silvia were wonderful hosts and very helpful explaining the area. The location is more picturesque than any photo can show. The house is charming and historic with a warm lived in feel to it. As others have said there is a small grocery store about a minutes walk away. They sell food and wine, and have a tasting area and bar for coffee in addition to an outdoor seating area for an apertivo and charcuterie plate. The town of Zoagli is close by but it is a significant downhill walk to get there and more significant uphill walk home if one chooses not to have a car. It is a small town but very nice with restaurants and a gelataria that is excellent. There is a train station in town but also a bus stop near the villa that takes you into Chiavari where you can get a train to the Cinque Terre. Going east there are other resort towns close by that are nice. Overall our group loved staying here and would stay again if back in that area.

We had a great time at Kevin’s home in Novello! The view of the vineyards and mountains is even more amazing than the photos! We enjoyed sitting by the pool, at the outdoor table, and covered terrace off the bedroom. The walk to Novello is beautiful. Kevin was the best Airbnb host we have had!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Adina and particularly loved the well designed kitchen and glass house. We had some amazing meals prepared and enjoyed in the space! It was such a beautiful and unique property we would definitely recommend it to others.

Nous avons passés un bon week-end. La villa est conforme au photos. Bien située si vous voulez du repos ou faire la fête . Le jardin est magnifique , la piscine est très mignonne . Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter . L’hôte est très sympathique.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Barbara. We rented electrical bikes during our stay and that made it very easy to get around for both lunches and dinners to Verduno and La Morra. We felt very welcomed at Villa Barbara. The fridge was filled with breakfast for the first two days and as well as some cakes and a nice bottle of Barbera D'Alba.

Solo fuimos por dos dias, pero fue ideal como lugar para establecernos y salir a pasear por la zona. Si bien no toco buen clima, es muy comodo y tiene una vista excepcional. Cuando llegamos habia un canasta con alimentos y agua que nos ayudaron mucho ya que llegamos tarde.

Casa ampia, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Vista mozzafiato. Host gentile ed efficiente.

Herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Für zwei Paare ein Traum. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Tommaso war allzeit erreichbar und war sowas von nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage kaum zu übertreffen - wir empfehlen dieses Haus allen, die gerne gemütlich und entspannt wohnen möchten (mit viel Platz und wunderbarem Pool) und trotzdem in kurzer Zeit all die umliegenden Orte besuchen möchten. La maison d'Alessandra est absolument magique, avec sa très belle vue et sa petite rivière en contre-bas, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Alessandra est vraiment un hôte très sympathique, présente mais discrète. Nous n'avons manqué de rien !

Superbe logement avec un accueil chaleureux, accompagné d'un petit guide offrant des suggestions de restaurants. L'environnement est magnifique, air climatisée, idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre en train. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Federica ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und mit genau der richtigen Balance aus Präsenz und Diskretion. Ihre proaktive Kommunikation, die detaillierte Wegbeschreibung und wertvollen Restaurant-Tipps machten unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Anwesen ist ein Traum: makellos gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und mit allem, was man für einen entspannten ersten Abend braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, vom Pool aus fühlt es sich an, als würde man in die Weite eintauchen. Unsere Hunde liebten den Garten, und direkt vom Haus führen schöne Wanderwege in die Natur. Fazit: Eine Top-Unterkunft mit einer großartigen Gastgeberin in perfekter Lage.
