My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

This apartment was the perfect place to stay during my time in Cannes. It was well situated but a little removed from all the hustle and bustle. I loved waking up in the mornings, sitting on the balcony, and watching the boats in the bay. Communication was easy, and the apartment was easy to find.

Logement très bien situé, desservi par le tramway, proche d'accès de l'aéroport, des commerces, et de la mer. Appartement moderne, très bien agencé, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel. Le plus plus : une superbe véranda avec espace détente, très agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et réactif. Je ne peux que conseiller ce logement. Valérie

Le séjour chez Gérard était très agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Gérard a fait preuve de flexibilité quand aux horaires d’arrivés, je recommande grandement ce logement.

Gregory-Yann's place was a good location for us. It had some noise during the day but it disappated at night and it was an easy walk for us into the heart of the city. We met others, on tours, who received ear-plugs at their check-in, so we were pleased we opted to be out of the center. We are walkers and had no trouble getting around. Others would be able to easily access the tram. Good directions from the hosts for using the tram from the airport.

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

Cet appartement à Juan Les Pins est très bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage et avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare, c’est un endroit idéal non seulement pour profiter de l’ambiance et de la beauté de Juan Les Pins et d’Antibes mais aussi d’autres villes de la Côte d’Azur comme Cannes et Cap d’Ail. L’appartement était très propre, très bien équipé et très bien sécurisé. Nous avons été reçus par Yaël, une hôtesse charmante qui a fait tout pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Toute était très positif.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. J'ai été très bien accueillie par la maman d'Alizé mais la communication a été très facile avec Alizé également. Elle est réactive et arrangeante. Le logement est impeccable, correspond à 100% aux photos et à la description. On s'y sent bien, la literie est impeccable. Je recommande totalement et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci !

Logement impeccable, la situation est exceptionnelle, le vieux menton et sa rue piétonne a 200m et la mer à 20m. Appartement à l'arrière du bâtiment est très calme. Place de parking. Parfait pour un séjour réussi.

Mi sono trovata molto bene: piccolo borgo caratteristico e molto tranquillo; l'alloggio è davvero confortevole, ben riscaldato, sembra di essere a casa e la Signora Piera è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Maison Mimosa. Spread over several levels, the house had ample space for us all, was charmingly furnished, and had all important beach towels for beach trips (so many beach AirBnBs don’t). As keen cooks, we were delighted to find the house also had a decent amount of kitchen equipment. The location - in the middle of Old Antibes, very close to the local bus station and a 10-15 minute walk from the railway station - was unbeatable. Anna was an incredibly responsive host, checking in with us during our stay, and offering local insights. We would be very happy to stay with Anna again when next in Antibes - thank you for a wonderful week!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s beautiful place. The apartment is so stylish and well-equipped, and the sweet garden was perfect for sitting and chilling in the afternoon sun. Wo sollen wir nur anfangen? Alessandro... wir sind schon drei Tage weg und schwärmen noch immer von Ihm und seiner Unterkunft. Der Service und die Annehmlichkeiten sind nicht selbstverständlich für uns gewesen. So etwas einzigartiges, in dem Umfang so noch nicht erfahren. Wir hatten uns bei Anreise sehr verfahren, da wir uns auf google maps verlassen mussten um noch einen kleinen Umweg zum Supermarkt zu machen. Er hat keine Sekunde gezögert u uns mitten in der Pampa abgeholt. Alessandro hat jedoch eine grossartige Beschreibung beigefügt. Mit der wäre es nicht passiert 🫣. Ein Vermieter der dir kostenlos Holz nach liefert... das ist nicht selbstverständlich und eigentlich nicht nötig. Gerne hätten wir es bezahlt. Unfassbar.Wir hätten theoretisch nichts gross einkaufen müssen. Irgendwie war für alles gesorgt, was wir so auch nicht kannten in diesem Umfang. Tag der Abreise kam eine süße Nachricht, wir dürfen uns gerne Zeit lassen... wow ? Alessandro bleibt in unseren Herzen!!!!

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)
