This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation with a 3 & 5 year old. Pool amenities were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Just an amazing location!! The place was super clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the back patio with the new furniture listening to the waves and looking out on the ocean was incredible!! Can’t imagine a better location. We could hear the waves from everywhere in the condo and falling asleep to the waves was fantastic! Roz was a great host and provided tons of local recommendations and was always very prompt getting back to us if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very comfortable. We ate at some great restaurants close by. We also enjoyed seeing the sea turtles sleeping on the beach, beautiful sunsets and a great dinner cruise along the Napali Coast.

The Cliffs is even better than it looks in photos! (I was a bit worried it'd be worse as most are, but it truly blew my expectations out of the water!) In fact, I canceled my reservation next week in Poipu and hope to come back to The Cliffs! I saw whales almost every day from the huge ocean front lookout high up on the cliffs, it was, quiet, safe, in an ideally centralized location to get to SO MANY huge, uncrowded beaches! And Hanalei Bay (10 min drive) is an ideal place to learn how to surf in addition to having a lot of wonderful local eateries. (But Hanalei streets floods when it rains, so it feels much better to be up on The Cliffs!) I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I had a great stay and highly recommend this place. It was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and plenty of towels available, including pool towels. The pools were beautiful, and we could hear the sound of the waterfall from our bedroom, which made a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, but it would have been nice to have extras like storage bags, foil, or plastic wrap. We visited in November, so we didn’t need to pay for the add-on air conditioning and appreciated being able to leave the windows open. This is an older building, which does come with some quirks. For example, the sliding glass doors, screen doors, and even bedroom doors were a bit stiff and could use some maintenance to make them easier to use. I’d recommend a deep clean around high-touch areas like door handles and sliding doors. That said, for the price, this place is an excellent value, and the overall experience was wonderful.

The views were amazing! The space was very spacious and clean and the resort amenities were great :) would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic walkable location near Poipu Beach. Lots of green turtles seen resting on the beach. Sometimes a monk seal can be seen resting on the beach. The condo had nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs for use on the beach. A nice welcome basket was in the condo when we arrived.

Wonderful place for my family and I! We decided to spend a few days on the Princeville side of the island and I could not be more pleased that we were able to. Hanalei Bay was just a short drive away and in the summer, the bay is very calm. My baby was able to play in the water and soft sand, and my big kids were able to jump off the pier at Black Rock beach and snorkel in the water. The condo itself was roomy and the kitchen was nice, the lanai was perfect for drying off and spending time chatting with the family. Even though we chose not to use the AC we were very cool with the ceiling fans going (but we are acclimated to warm temperatures as well) and were very comfortable. While there isn’t a beach nearby, the pool and amenities at the resort were nice enough we were still feeling spoiled in Hawaii even without the water nearby.

Our family of four had the best time at Viet’s condo in Princeville! The location was easy to find and although a quiet, peaceful property you can enjoy the hotel / resort like amenities and staff. Check-in was easy at reception (despite our getting in late), the unit was large and the layout was perfect for our family. There is a large entrance way that breaks off to two separate rooms that both have balconies and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a big, comfortable king bed, TV, fans etc. The unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked and has stunning views of the ocean. Our kids (11 and 14), loved the pool / hot tub and there is sports equipment you can sign out for tennis, pickleball, basketball etc. There is one walkable beach (20 minutes away) and several beautiful beaches a short drive away. We stayed 8 nights and would definitely stay again. We would recommend to friends and family! Enjoy!

Susan's home was exactly as described. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. She communicated with us prior to check-in, which was a very easy process. While we were there, there was internal maintenance scheduled on the property, which we were not made aware of. Pua was on top of it immediately and handled the situation very professionally. We loved the little shopping area and golf course down the road from the house. Very safe area and great walking paths. The house is on the other end from the pool, but we didn't mind as it made for a quiet area. Susan had plenty of beach towels and games in the cupboard as well, which was nice to have. I would highly recommend this home! You will not be disappointed.

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a lovely stay in Koloa for our spring break. We were able to get an early check-in which was a pleasant surprise and very appreciated. The condo seems very new and well kept with lots of space for our family of 4! The pool area is a few minutes walk away with a big pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. It was usually busy but not overcrowded. The condo complex is walkable (8-10 minutes) to a small shopping village with a few restaurants, shops, and a free hula show on Mondays and Thursdays. Very close to Poipu beach (5 minute drive or 20 min walk) which was great for kids (and a place to spot sea turtles!). Another great beach to check out with little kids is Baby Beach (less than 10 min drive). We would definitely not hesitate to book here again if we’re ever back in Kauai!

We had the best week for Spring Break with our two boys at this condo in Kiahuna Plantation. It was clean and private and just a short walk to the beach. Parking was just steps away and we always had a parking spot. The lanai was private and we enjoyed drinking our coffee there. The washing machine was a great amenity for our family. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. We used the pool at the athletic club across the street, the kids loved the slide at the pool, we spent a day there. We would definitely come back. Beautiful location with an incredibly responsive and caring management company, 5 stars for their stellar communication. Everything in good working order. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely patio. We enjoyed the comfy couch at night for movies. The unit is showing some wear on carpet and walls as it has been rented nightly, but overall great.

This house was amazing and very accommodating my family of 4. The kitchen was beautiful and a very open concept, in which I love especially during vacation to talk to my kids and spouse when needed. All of my basic essentials that I didn't even think about packing was provided, to name a few bug spray, hydrogen peroxide in which my kid needed bc he cut his foot on a rock at the beach, 1st aid kit, aloe, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, extra toilet paper, and many others that I cannot even think on the top of my head. I also love the master shower that had the digital temperature and water pressure. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come re-book if I come back to Kauai.

This house worked perfectly for our multigenerational family trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the covered outdoor space for eating breakfast before heading to nearby beaches. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants in Princeville made it very convenient. Would love to stay here again!!!

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced! Everything about this home was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, and the stunning surroundings made our stay even more special. The photos truly don’t do it justice! We especially loved the outdoor space and lanai, where we spent so much time relaxing. The backyard, filled with fruit trees like orange, avocado, and lemon, was such a unique and delightful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

We had a delightful time at Alex’s place! In 5 days we traveled much of the island and the beaches walking distance from us were the best. There’s great snorkeling, great boogie boarding, and amazing sea life. The place was perfect - just what we needed
