Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Lovely home in a good location up in the mountains only a 10 min drive from Kapaa town. Since it is in the mountains there is a lot more rain. We ended up enjoying the south Poipu weather more so will probably stay there next time.

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

A memorable stay in Princeville. The house had everything we needed and close to all the north shore beaches. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! Great for kids and adults alike.

Paul’s place was perfect for our stay. We were 3 generations (6 people including two young children). The house had a fully functioning kitchen, a he upstairs bathroom had a tub for the children and the pool was perfect for everyone. I would stay there again.

We had the best time here! The kitchen is great! The pool was great too. The location was awesome so close to Hanalei. This house worked perfectly for us. Such a beautiful and quiet location. The house overall was clean and we were very happy there. Also the laundry was awesome to have and the garage is LOADED with all the things you need for a great time at the beach. This was a huge plus for us. The view out the back of the house is more than you can imagine. Absolutely stunning.

Beautiful home in a sweet, quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the albatross on daily walks! Wish it was close to a public beach and not so car dependent but the cool neighborhood and home made up for it.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

This property and house was perfect for our family. The backyard had a large tree for climbing with a swing! It provided hours of entertainment. The beach, view and location was peaceful and secluded. The layout was great. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was endless and pressure was amazing. We could stay there for a month. Our 11, 8, 5 yo kids swam in the ocean, played in the sand and discovered marine life along the beach and the river. The location was half way between the airport and princeville which was nice. The property management company was quick to provide restaurant recommendations and answer any questions. We were very happy with their service. We will be back!

Liho Liho was an absolute dream! The house was even better in person and had all the amenities and more for our family to feel right at home. Our kids enjoyed the backyard fruit trees and swing, while the kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast and dinners each day. For the fitness enthusiasts, there is a Pilates reformer, peloton, boogie boards, and bikes to enjoy at home or around the neighborhood. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the lanai and walking around the golf course each morning. Will definitely be back again soon! Thank you Lisa!

Amazing stay and can’t wait to return! All the details were spot on! Host was super responsive and accommodating! This home had such good energy and we didn’t want to leave! Beautiful house and great location!

Awesome stay! Loved the amazing views, wonderful house and amenities. Highly recommended staying here if you are looking at Princeville If you are bikers, and have more than 2 in your party, definitely rent more than the two beach cruisers from Princeville bikes, to get to the beach and shops . There are a few hills! They are awesome! Recommend the easy Old Club Med hike down to the Hotel 1 bar...oh and the other way to the beach. Better beach area by taking the walk down to the beach access before 1 Hotel. A few tweaks to this beautiful, new Air BNB, which they are working on, and it will be perfect. Bring a bag of ice, most likely the Samsung ice maker will not come back to life...little things like that! Mahalo and I hope you love it!

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

Such a beautiful home with a welcoming host! I didn’t want to leave it was so peaceful and comfortable. The decks are amazing and inviting and made us just want to stay there all day!

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

The Hibiscus House will give you a wonderful week (or more) in Kauai. With a gorgeous mountain backdrop, a lovely walkable neighborhood, and a calming zen interior, you won’t wanna leave. A few minutes drive will bring you to numerous beaches and the action of Hanalei. Amy’s an outstanding host, always responsive, always courteous, and with many great suggestions for things to see and do around the island. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Beautiful home in Princeville! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway—including all the beach accessories. The only minor issue was that the washers could use a deep clean or possibly be replaced. Other than that, everything was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home and location. So close to Hana Lei and the home was beautiful. My favorite part was the deck overlooking the beautiful garden and lush landscape of Kauai. We had the most peaceful and restorative experience in this beautiful home.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in the most beautiful place we’ve ever been! The house was so well appointed (beach towels and chairs, a cooler, surfboards, a blow dryer with a diffuser, two fridges, etc.). The surroundings were stunning, and the location was just right (in a quiet cul-de-sac but right near shops too). The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of room for eight of us. We loved everything about this place and can’t wait to go back!

A perfect house for a wonderful vacation with our daughters and their families. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for babies and young children. A five-minute walk to Shipwreck beach and 10-15 minutes to Poipu beach. The house is nicely remodeled, open, and airy. The bedrooms are all a good size. Sean immediately got back to me whenever I had a question, both before and during the trip.

Our group enjoyed our stay! It was walking distance to many beaches and we appreciated the beach gear that was provided. Laura was very responsive and flexible with our schedules which helped with the travel planning a ton!
