Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, aber wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, ist es perfekt. Zu unserer Überraschung war ein Haus direkt an die Villa gebaut, welches auch bewohnt ist. Wir hatten erst Sorge, dass wir Ärger bekommen könnten, wenn wir (5 Männer) vielleicht zu laut Musik hören würden, jedoch hat dies den Nachbarn nicht gestört. Der Pool war schön, jedoch sehr nah am Tisch der Terrasse. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios. Die Couch und das Doppelbett waren bequem, für Töpfe in der Küche ist gesorgt. Uns wurde auch sofort, nach Nachfrage, eine Pfanne gebracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Was zu beachten ist: Eine Kamera zeichnet den Poolbereich, und eine den Kamin auf. Das war uns nicht bewusst, evtl. könnten dies auch einfache Atrappen gegen Einbrecher sein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Der Transfer des Taxis war ebenso jedes Mal unkompliziert - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, sehr ruhigen Auftenhalt im Spätsommer. Das Haus von Toms Familie ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Wer Lust auf ein wenig ruhiges Inselleben hat ist hier ganz sicher richtig.

Wow!! What an amazing villa!! Stunning location, beautiful vistas, so tranquil and restful. Many hours easily spent listening to the waves lapping the rocks or paddle boarding along the coastline. Restaurants and supermarkets easily accessed just a short drive away or a 20 minute walk. The villa itself is amazing, spotlessly clean, modern appliances, incredibly spacious, huge windows looking out to sea. The walk in cold store and the ice machine are examples of the added extras you just don’t get elsewhere. Belinda was amazing before, during and after our stay. Fantastic clear communication and recommendations; we hired a jet ski and had it delivered directly to the villa! During our stay one member of our party became rather unwell and necessitated a visit to the closest hospital. Belinda provided details in relation to this and followed up asking if there was anything she could do to assist. A very kind, caring and genuine person. We had an amazing time at Villa Beline.

Wie hatten als Gruppe aus 13 Personen das gesamte Haus gebucht und waren begeistert! Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und insbesondere der Blick von den Terassen und der kurze Weg zu den Meerzugängen waren unsere Highlights. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Check in lief problemlos ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa semplicemente fantastica! Nuovissima, pulitissima, arredata con gusto, adatta per 2 famiglie o famiglia numerosa. Ampio giardino, bellissima veranda ventilata con barbeque. A 5 minuti auto dal centro, 15 a piedi a scendere. È UNA CASA DA PRENDERE AL VOLO! Consigliatissima!

Grossartige Unterkunft! Für uns die perfekte Lage mit einer entspannten Umgebung. Großes Grundstück, mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Ideal für 8 Personen. Ruhig gelegen mit direktem Meerzugang. Restaurants in der Nähe. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 5min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Wir waren als Familie in der Villa Ivanovi Dvori 6 Tage. Es war ein toller Urlaub.Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns Patricia mit Ihrem Ehemann schon herzlich , sogar Getränke und ein Snack warteten im Kühlschrank auf uns.Danke😁 Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich ,es hat alles was man für den Altag braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Der Garten mit dem tollen Pool dem Grill den Feigen und Onivenbäumen sind ein Traum.Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt und sauber.Man hat auf dem Grundstück seine Privatsphäre und Ruhe und kann richtig entspannen und die Sonne geniessen.Das wunderschöne Meer direkt vor seinem Hauseingang zu haben ist fantastisch.Patricia ist sehr freundlich immer erreichbar und flexibel .

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

Hatten einen wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Flavia!

We had a wonderful stay at Tihomir Villa Supernus with our baby and friends. The villa is spacious, clean, and perfect for families, with a great pool and a safe outdoor area where the kids could play. The location is peaceful yet close to local attractions and beaches, making it easy to explore. The host was helpful, and very considerate to all our needs! Overall, a fantastic experience for both adults and kids – we’d love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Nadia and Jelena provided us with great support and were always available when we needed something. Recommendable if you want to relax, but also really easy to get to neighbouring towns/festival places. Thank you for bestowing us with an awesome trip.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus am Meer war sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr komfortabel, alles ist sauber und sehr gepflegt! Belinda ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen!

Ventus is always very quick to answer, and they are very helpful with helping to organize stuff like transfer from the airport. All services where satisfactory and and we had a great time in a modern, good-looking and well-equipped house. It is a bit on the expensive side, but worth it, we made some great memories.

Wir waren eine zwölf Köpfige Freundesgruppe die in Jürgens Villa untergekommen ist. Die Kommunikation mit Jürgen war Top, er hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und konnte uns immer helfen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Novalja, und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Modern eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Hier und da gab es aber kleiner Mängel wie z.b lockere Handtuchhalter oder Toiletten Türen die sich nicht abschließen lassen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts großes zu bemängeln. Wir hatten trotz schlechtem Wetter unseren Spaß und dank des großen Wintergartens mit Heizung konnten wir auch bei Regen "draußen" sitzen.

Die Unterkunft von Lukas kann ich nur jedem empfehlen! Die Unterkunft ist neu, sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum! Der Pool ist sehr groß und beheizbar. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum. Man hat genug Privatsphäre und ist trotzdem sehr schnell in der kleinen Stadt wo es viele Möglichkeiten zum essen und shoppen gibt. Es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigene Badezimmer mit Dusche was wirklich sehr gut ist. Luka ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit gewesen.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Nesa, die mitten in der Natur liegt. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen, bietet aber auch die Möglichkeit, ungestört laut zu sein. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – sogar eine Karaoke-Anlage und eine tolle Grillstelle waren vorhanden! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der äußerst nette Vermieter, der uns mit tollen Gastgeschenken wie einer regionalen Käseplatte und kroatischem Bier überrascht hat. Außerdem gab es super Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der Whirlpool und Pool waren das absolute Highlight! Die Villa ist ideal für kleine Gruppen oder Familien. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für das Möglichmachen eines tollen Urlaubs 🫶🏽

Séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme, logement très propre et aménagé avec goût. Hôte très réactif et charmant.

Just as you see on the pictures - a perfect place with a perfect view. It is peaceful, sea is just few steps down from the apartment. Apartment is nice and clean, has everything you need. Shop and restaurants are around 15-20 minute walk from the place, but we walked to the town everyday for dinner and it was a nice stroll.

Meine Frau, unser 3 Monate alter Sohn und ich waren zu dritt in Renatas Wohnung. Alles war super sauber, es war viel Platz für uns drei und auch die Terrasse war schön. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten vor allem auch den Pool genießen. Innerhalb von maximal 5 Geh-Minuten kommt man zu einem kleinen Strand, der sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze bietet. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall für Paare, oder Familien mit einem kleinen Kind weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic stay at Villa Biser Gacke! Ana took great care of us and was very responsive as needed. The villa was the perfect location for visiting the area to include the Plitvice lakes, the Gacke river, and a few days of just enjoying the villa. This place has everything one could want from a great kitchen and gathering space in the main house, and then a whole other space that opens up to the pool and hot tub. Gladly again!!

Vermieter waren freundlich und haben in wenigen Minuten zurück geschrieben. Hatten keine Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes und in echt ist die Villa noch schöner als auf den Fotos.

Villa Kadila was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The place was pristine and comfortable. We were able to make meals and start every morning with time outside and at the pool. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to the host for being so incredibly welcoming. 10/10! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at.
