Lima : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Me gustó mucho el lugar fue muy divertido y relajante quisiera volver a ir en otra oportunidad, no tuve ningún inconveniente al llegar al destino y la casa era exactamente como lo mostraban en las fotos.

excelente lugar para viajar con toda tu familia. los cuartos grandes y las camas muy cómodas. suficientes baños para todos! el único problema, hubiese preferido tener una mesa de comedor.

Pase un fin de semana exelente junto a mi familia, la casa es hermosa, muy acogedora y exelentes instalaciones. Muy a gusto con Mariana y las personas encargadas, exelente anfitrion un lugar super recomendable que sin duda regresare pronto.

Excelente lugar con espacios internos grandes y buen lugar para compartir en familia y amistades. La atención del anfitrión siempre fue oportuna y clara. Además las personas que trabajan en la casa son muy serviciales.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Roberto is a wonderful host, and his place is truly a hidden gem in Lima! He kindly waited for me outside upon arrival and even helped carry my luggage upstairs. He's incredibly friendly and welcoming. The patio is just as described — the sunset and ocean views are absolutely stunning. The house is located in a secure area with guards at the gate, so I felt very safe throughout my stay. The Airbnb has a private entrance, though it shares the main outer door with Roberto's home. I actually really appreciated this setup — it gave me the feeling of living among locals while still having my own independent, undisturbed space. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that the beach proximity comes with some noise on Sundays — it sounded like beach parties with loud music. Thankfully, it quieted down around 9 PM and remained peaceful and tranquil starting Monday. Despite that minor detail, I highly recommend Roberto’s place and would definitely stay here again!

Excelente lugar, volvería más de una vez. Lo único que quizá en lo personal diría que puede mejorar es tener una TV más moderna, pero es gusto personal. La comunicación fue buena y atenta en todo momento, recomendado

Muy lindo el departamento con muy buena ubicación.

Apartamento cuidado, limpio, bonito y con todos los detalles y accesorios necesarios para pasar una buena estadía, terraza con mesita y sillas para poder estar al exterior. Televisión con todas las plataformas, cama y almohadas cómodas, ventilador. Lo recomiendo.

Con una vista al mar muy bonita; el departamento entregado en perfectas condiciones con todo lo necesario; cerca de centros comerciales para una grata estadia; muy recomendable

Maria es una gran host, muy comprensiva y dispuesta ayudar en cualquier dificultad, la recomiendo mucho. El apartamento tiene una linda vista, está bastante nuevo y es acorde a lo que se ve en el anuncio. El edificio es bastante seguro con personal de recepción muy amable.

El apartamento igual a las imágenes, una zona muy residencial, tranquila, cerca a bodegas y restaurantes, accesible a diferentes lugares, el anfitrión muy amable, excelente trato, lo recomendaría y volvería.

This property is well located on a quiet street yet in walking distance to busy streets and main attractions. There are grocery stores very close for immediate things, good restaurants nearby. About 5 blocks to Larcomar. The apartment is inside a building complex away from the street which allows for a peaceful rest at night. The neighborhood feels very safe. Inside, it is exactly as the pictures describes them. The host was superb with communication, proactive, and flexible. It is worth returning.

Just as all the reviews say, everything is wonderful - sensational location, spotlessly clean, extremely spacious, very well provisioned. So I’ll how about some thoughtful positives that aren’t often mentioned. Terrific lighting in the bathrooms ✅ Water pressure is outstanding ✅ Loads of coffee pods ✅ A shopping trolley for lugging groceries from the supermarket ✅ Well considered seating in outdoor areas ✅ Plenty of equipment for cleaning or tidying along the way and washing/drying is well supplied ✅ Wifi is crazy fast ✅ We didn’t have a chance to use their friend/driver, Carlos but it’s great to know he’s an option. Julio and Maria Luisa are terrific hosts - very responsive and generous with their recommendations. They know what travellers want. I'm only disappointed that they're booked out when we return to Lima at the end of our stay in Peru. If you find a vacancy, jump on it!

I had an incredible stay at this BnB! The front desk staff was embracing and supportive from my arrival to departure, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wide patio doors opened to a beautiful park view, letting in fresh air and the city’s energy. While the street noise took some adjusting, I grew to love waking up to Lima’s rhythm—morning traffic, yoga, Muay Thai, and the vibrancy of daily life. Thoughtful touches, like the aji pepper book, added cultural charm, and the kitchen and ample storage made it feel like home. The location is perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, making it easy to explore both by foot or quick Uber access. Whether from the patio, couch, or bed, this space offered comfort, culture, and connection to the city. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again! We had a wonderful stay at Isabel’s place! She was incredibly responsive and always happy to help with any questions we had. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on and really added to our experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach—and the apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Mylene's place was great. Beautifully decorated in a secure building. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. There is traffic noise as the the building is located on a busy street, but it did not bother us. Mylene responded timely to a question I had. Overall, great place!
