Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

Really good place to stay in Lima. The apartment looks better in reality than in the pictures, and the view is amazing. It has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very well suited for that. The neighbourhood is good, safe and clean. You're in walking distance to any supermarket, restaurant or attraction in Barranco and Miraflores. Ana Maria is a great host, helped with everything and responds fast to any question. Great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

La casa es linda, tal cual se describe. Sofía es muy amable y atenta, la casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, nosotros viajamos con un bebé y contaba con silla y cuna, agradecemos mucho esas cosas, nosotros viajamos facilito las cosas. Tuvimos un percance con la puerta de ingreso pero Sofía lo solucionó y tuvo un lindo detalle con nosotros. Lo súper recomiendo!

Mi novio y yo pasamos un mes entero en este hermoso apartamento y nos sentimos absolutamente como en casa. La señora Elvia es una dueña maravillosa, muy amable y servicial. Ella siempre estuvo en contacto y fue muy positivo con nosotros. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona hermosa y segura y literalmente a 10 minutos a pie del océano. Cerca hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes y una panadería muy sabrosa. El apartamento es tranquilo y muy acogedor con muchos detalles bonitos. Estaremos encantados de volver otra vez. Las más altas recomendaciones.

Five stars for everything! Max was a polite and kind host, and his place matched the description perfectly. Everything was spotless, and the surrounding area was pleasant and very secure. I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

El departamento es muy acogedor, a pesar de estar en una avenida concurrida no habia ruido dentro del departamento. Como es una zona comercial tienes facil alcance a restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc

If I could give Clelia and her place 6 stars, I would! This was the best, friendliest, most helpful host we encountered in our travels. Her hospitality was felt from the moment we booked up until the last moment we left. The apartment has the best views, it is in the best location, we enjoyed sunsets on the cliffs every night. Could get to the beach very easily (and did). Eating, getting around, enjoying Lima and vicinities around it was very easy and doable. We do not speak Spanish and have never been to Peru before, but truly felt we could accomplish everything we wanted, with Clelia help and Limenos and Limenas hospitality and patience. Our favorites were walks around San Isidro, Miraflores and Barranco, Huaca Pucllana, catacombs at St. Frances monastery, Larco museum, Callao and La Punta and, and of course trips to Pachacamac and Coral! The food is universally excellent, no matter where you end up! Clelia's apartment is spacious, safe, clean beautiful and stocked with everything!

el departamento es tal como indica el anuncio , margarita y su mami fueron muy amables conmigo y mi familia, cerca del lugar hay mercados y la zona es accesible.

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.

Fue una muy buena experiencia, el departamento es todo lo que se ofrece, en una muy buena ubicación para acceder al barrio gastronómico!
