Excelente lugar, volvería más de una vez. Lo único que quizá en lo personal diría que puede mejorar es tener una TV más moderna, pero es gusto personal. La comunicación fue buena y atenta en todo momento, recomendado

El departamento es precioso, la vista desde el balcón es maravillosa y ni que decir de la atención en general del edificio, la piscina deliciosa.

Have stayed at this apartment many times and the service has always been excellent.

We were delighted with this beautiful apartment with an amazing ocean view. Great location and hosts are very attentive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the entire apartment is equipped with all you may need during your stay, laundry room inside the house was very convenient. Safe building and the security staff was super friendly and helpful. Quiet area with a lot of restaurants and ammenities nearby. I am so happy, it was more than expected and I will definetely come back here again on my next trip to Lima, Peru. 100% Recommended. Thank you Gianfranco & Isabel.

Ha sido un estadía muy agradable. El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor 🤩. La zona también muy bien ubicada cerca a muchos restaurantes y supermercados, una anfitriona con excelente comunicación, amabilidad y haciéndonos sentir en un lugar confortable, super detallista cada aspecto de la casa y sobretodo bonito 😍🫶🏻

I live in Peru, the national currency here is sol, the amount on Airbnb is indicated in soles, but is charged in dollars (this is not indicated anywhere!!!). The internal exchange rate of the bank is huge and no one wants to bear responsibility. Be careful! But the apartment is good, so I do not give 1.

Excelente ubicación, con acceso a transporte, varios locales de comida, mercados, supermercados, lugares de interés, etc. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente y fue muy flexible en cuanto al check in y check out. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, además de varias amenidades extras.

Muy buen departamento, bonita vista hacia los parques, una habitación cómoda y una sala amplia, sin duda regresaría, en cuanto a la atención que tuvo la señorita anfitriona, estuvo siempre atenta a cualquier consulta que necesitábamos.

Muy cómodo Loft, ubicado en una zona tranquila, con mucho comercio alrededor, la descripción y fotos del alojamiento coinciden totalmente, la terraza es inmensa, el jacuzzi funciona a la perfección y la asistencia del personal estuvo muy buena, recomiendo, volvería.

Words can not explain how great this place is you just gotta come and see it for yourself I went with my girlfriend and my 23 month old and we had such a great time the pool the jacuzzi the beach but most importantly the place we stayed at was so cozy that made us feel that we lived there the neighbors the tourists that I’ve always bumped to in the elevators I stopped the gym a year ago and I started again thanks to the place everything you need is there and Sandra was such a great host she was flexible she helped a lot she was attentive and so sweet I would give it a 10 out of 5 as a New Yorker wish there was AC but she made work for us with an extra fan so we could sleep cool throughout the night storage space was nice she went the extra mile when I needed her the most so she clutched everything will definitely be back and just like I told Sandra maybe as a neighbor we loved it so much we looking into buying but till then I will stay at her place Sandra thank you so much for everythi

Não posso recomendar o suficiente! O anfitrião foi extremamente gentil e solícito. O apartamento é lindo, bem decorado, com uma cama confortável, um ótimo chuveiro e uma vista incrível. O prédio fica em uma região muito bem localizada. Destaque para a recomendação do anfitrião: o Sofá Café, onde tivemos um dos melhores jantares e cafés, simplesmente excelente. No mais, o apartamento é ótimo! Infelizmente, não conseguimos aproveitar as comodidades do prédio, como a piscina e a academia, pois a cidade oferece muitas atrações e nosso tempo foi curto. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar aqui!
