Nous avons adoré la maison d’Angelos. Tout d’abord nous avons été acceuilli par son amie Maria qui a fait transporter nos bagages et nous a guidé jusqu à la maison. Ensuite la maison est grande et très agréable avec deux grands espaces extérieurs et une super vue sur la mer de la terrasse d’en haut. Il h avait de l’eau et des fruits! Et des capsules nespresso! La literie est très confortable et grâce a la Clim nous avons très bien dormi. L’emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de tout! Mille mercis nous reviendrons!

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

Our stay at Villa Marilena in Spetses was a very positive experience. We visited as a group of five friends, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The living room and the veranda were definitely the highlights of the home — cozy, spacious, and perfect for relaxing together. Communication with Lambis was excellent, he was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. If we were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the mattresses, as we found them a bit uncomfortable. However, this didn’t affect our overall impression of the stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Marilena and would happily return!

Wat kan ik meer zeggen? We waren er vorig jaar, we wilden absoluut terug komen en zullen er zeker volgend jaar opnieuw boeken. Mocht het kunnen blijven we er! Bedankt aan Helena, je bent een fantastische (gast)vrouw, met een oprechte glimlach en een goed gevoel voor humor. Het is niet zomaar een slogan dat je er 24/7 bent voor de gasten, je doet het gewoon! Bedankt voor alles en tot volgend jaar.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à ermioni. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle est située au calme et a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Les plages situées à proximité sont des plages de cailloux. Il suffit d’aller un peu plus loin en voiture pour profiter les plages de sable et d’eaux cristallines de lepitsa et vrohitsa qui sont parfaites pour les enfants.

The flat is very close to the sea. We slept and woke up with the sound of the sea. In front of the flat there is unique scenery, crystal clear sea and a dormant volcano. Quiet area and breathtaking views. About 7 minutes walk you get to a beautiful beach with turquoise sea and there is a family-run taverna a few steps away. Yannick was friendly, proactive in responding to all our needs and gave us lots of useful advice. I approve.

La maison est très agréable, confortable et bien agencée, la piscine est très grande et la vue magnifique. La ville de Porte Heli n’a pas grand intérêt mais les alentours sont jolis, on trouve de très belles plages peu fréquentées à 15 minutes en voiture. Isabelle, qui s’occupe de faire le lien avec les hôtes, est extrêmement sympathique, réactive et disponible.

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise.
