Limassol : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à la description, très propre et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, bus restaurant plage magasin à proximité . Agne a été très réactif. On recommande sans hésitation!

דירה נחמדה מאוד, שתי חדרי שינה נחמדים והדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת כשהגענו. מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, סלון גדול ומרפסת ענקית עם נוף לים. כדקה הליכה מחוף הים. באזור יש בתי קפה ומסעדות אבל הוא מרוחק כרבע שעה נסיעה מהאזור של המרינה, ששם המרכז.

Questo posto è veramente unico, Pissouri è un piccolo villaggio su un'altura e lungo costa si trova Pissouri Beach (collegato con bus e taxi), dove si trova l'appartamento di Perry. Ho soggiornato a venti passi dalli spiaggia!! La posizione è ottima e strategica per visitare le meraviglie dell'isola, che mi resterà nel cuore. Goduto di albe fenomenali dalla spiaggia e dal terrazzo di casa <3. L'alloggio è davvero bello e curato, arredato bene e funzionale per tutto. Nel villaggio trovi un'atmosfera amichevole e tranquilla, un supermercato con tutto diversi locali e taverne, si mangia benissimo! Gatti meravigliosi. Perry è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Остались очень рады, что остановились у Рудольфа. Кажется, в жизни квартира выглядит даже лучше чем на фото. Удобная мебель, внутри просторно. Кухня оборудована качественной техникой, есть все и даже больше. Не забитая парковка, мы были на двух машинах, всегда было где припарковаться. Самый существенный недостаток это единственный комплект ключей и вход в подъезд по ключу, с вытекающими издержками (например, нужно спускаться из квартиры в подъезд чтобы впустить людей внутрь). Были тут зимой, полы очень холодные, так что советую взять теплые носочки или тапочки.

Alexandros was a great host! The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We appreciated how quickly Alexandros responded to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights in September. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool was never busy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of towels and bedding and the AC works great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, it has a nice view. We especially found a lot of joy in the very sweet cats who are roaming around who were always thankful for a treat ☺️🐈

Schöne Lage, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Sie bietet viel Platz für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen. Die Kommunikation war unproblematisch, auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

The apartment was very clean, location is right by the beach with a seaview from the balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped but the second bedroom may be a bit hot in the summer (no AC). Lilia was super helpful and responsive and it was a great experience overall.

The appartement was exactly as in the photos, very nice surroundings, the beach is nearby, supermarket and restaurant, you can do everything on foot, it is highly recommended, the appartement would like to come back

The apartment was fantastic—just like the pictures, if not better! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The neighbourhood was also lovely, and I felt very safe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. I would stay here again!

This is a really beautiful apartment. Clean, fresh, new. Luxurious. Big, spacious. And, of course, the view is beautiful! It's also a really great location in Limassol -- right at the end of the marina promenade, with a little beach out front, within a nice pleasant walk to old town. The place is well furnished with great kitchen supplies. The small gym in building is also decent enough to get a real workout (and at least in the off season wasn't too crowded). The ONLY downside is the noise from the cars below -- which is Limassol's fault more than the apartment's for putting that busy road right by the water. The windows are pretty thick and heavy but some noise gets through anyway. We slept in the back bedroom away from the road, which is quiet, and the noise didn't bother us much during the day. The internet was a bit slow for video calls sometimes, but otherwise workable. Overall a lovely place and highly recommended--but if you're very sensitive to noise, maybe not.

יאנוס הוא מארח מצויין שמאוד אכפת לו מהאורחים במקום. עוד לפני ההגעה מוודאים איתו שהכל כמו שצריך. אם נוצר צורך תוך כדי השהייה, יאנוס אפילו יגיע כדי לטפל בחיוך ורצון טוב. המקום מאוד נעם לנו: האיזור שקט מאוד, אבל דורש נסיעה קצרה מאוד או הליכה ארוכה לים. לנו היה רכב. הבריכה במתחם מפנקת והמים חמימים כל היום. הדירה עצמה מצוידת בכל מה שנדרש לשהייה ארוכה. מצרכים אפשר לקנות בסופר בכפר ויש את כל האמצעים להכין אוכל. הכפר נמצא חצי שעה נסיעה מלימסול ומפאפוס. אנחנו עשינו יום בילוי בפאפוס ובגן החיות. בקיצור, מאוד ממליץ על המקום ועל האירוח יוצא הדופן של יאנוס.

On a passé de très belles vacances chez Alena ! Nous sommes très content, si on revient à Chypre on ira sans hésiter chez elle. Encore merci Alena !

This house is very cute, comfortable, with lots of character and well cared for. Absolutely everything one might imagine needing for a shorter or longer stay, from food stuff to mosquito repellent to household appliances, is being provided, at a level far exceeding an average Airbnb, and with great attention to detail. One immediately feels at home! A particular highlight is the terrace behind the house, overlooking the sea and with direct access to the beach. Sitting there, the sound of the waves drowns out the noise from the busy road in front of the house, which is really the only drawback of the location. In the end, this didn't bother us too much, including at night (also helped by the good mattresses). The quality of the house more than makes up for it. The hosts, Polina and Andreas, were very responsive and accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Thanks! -- Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Wir sind eine dreiköpfige Familie aus Österreich, das Kind ist 7 Jahre alt. Insgesamt haben wir 9 Tage in der Villa Helena verbracht. Obwohl wir den Gastgeber nicht persönlich getroffen haben, war die Kommunikation mit ihm sehr gut und hilfreich. An dem Anreisetag durften wir vor 15 Uhr in die Anlage und am Abreisetag durften wir sogar statt um 11 Uhr erst gegen 17 Uhr auschecken – war kein Problem für den Gastgeber. Das Gartenmöbel welches in der Wohnung war, haben wir in den Hinterhof gestellt. Der etwas ältere Kühlschrank hat ein paar Stunden benötigt hat um zu kühlen. Eine der insg. drei Klimaanlagen hat ab und zu getropft. War nicht so schlimm. Die LG Waschmaschine war dafür neu und sehr modern. Die Lage der Anlage ist äußerst gut – sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur und der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann entweder im Meer baden, wandern in der Bergen oder am Abend in einem der Restaurants etwas essen. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und wir würden gerne wieder kommen!
