First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, καθαρότητα κορυφαία, όλα μοσχοβόλαγαν, πολύ νοικοκυρεμένο. Έχει πολύ όμορφη θέα θάλασσα. Έχει θέση πάρκινγκ όπου περνάς στο ασανσέρ και ανεβαίνεις στο σπίτι, πολύ σημαντικό. Ο Ναπολέων είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το προτείνω σε όλους!

I had a lovely stay at Nikos and Helen home! The space is exactly as advertised—bright, clean, and spacious with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and public transport. It was a peaceful neighborhood, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Very nice host, ready to help any topics. Very clean place and garden is coolest thing in the house.

I had an amazing stay at Bay Studios in Potos, Greece! The location was fantastic, close to both the beach and town, and the studio itself was spotless and comfortable. What really made the difference, though, was the incredible staff. They were so friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The administrator was also exceptionally responsive and kind, always quick to address any requests with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend Bay Studios, and I can't wait to return!

Sadece wifi da problem vardı, onunlada evsahibi ilgilendi çözmeye çalıştı ancak olmadı… Kalan herşey gayet düzgündü bir problem yoktu …

Много сме доволни от престоя си в дома на Ntanis. Много чисто, подредено и уютно..Имаше всичко необходимо за една хубава лятна ваканция. В действителност условията в квартирата бяха по-добри от очакваните. Домакините бяха изключително любезни, внимателни и отзивчиви. Не бихме се поколебали отново да наемем този дом.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment - it truly lives up to the pictures, with an even more breathtaking view. Perfect for couples, like ourselves, but also well-suited for families due to the extra bedroom. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing getaway. Очень чистая уютная квартирка всё что было в описании было, даже больше. Хозяйка очень общительная и приветливая всегда советовала куда поехать и что посмотреть. До моря рукой подать очень близко , на пляже есть бесплатный зонт и два шезлонга. Рекомендую 🥰

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο με μοντέρνο design κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ειναι μαγική και σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να ταξιδέψεις μέσα στη πόλη κ στο απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας. Η Host ήταν πολλή εξυπηρετική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 🫶

David iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Evi yemyeşil doğanın içinde, merkeze yakın şirin bir köyde yer alıyor. Evin içinde ihtiyacımız olacak eşyalar , mutfak gereçleri vardı.evin içi temiz ve düzenliydi.

Престоят ни при Теодора беше чудесен, релаксиращ и спокоен. Посрещна ни с бяло вино, чиста обстановка и усмивка ;) Мила и любезна! В къщата има всички необходимо, даже и камина и джакузи :) Пак бих посетила къщата на Теодора и остров Тасос!

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.

Our host, Mrs Lena, was very welcoming, kind and the communication with her was pretty easy. The room was nice and clean with everything needed. It was a pleasure for us to stay there.
