Great host and excellent hospitality. The accommodation is very spacious and it actually looks smaller in the photos. Lovely place to relax, private space in the garden, beautifully decorated. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, close though to many beaches, shops and restaurants. Great kitchen to cook meals if you want to. Alexandros went the extra mile to please us and he was, polite, kind, friendly, helpful and with a smile, as well as generosity. We definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

Dairenin büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Yeri güzeldi. Tek benim açımdan olumsuzluk banyodaki perde oldu. Duş sonrası yerler ıslanıyordu ve bunu temizlemek için çek çek yoktu. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Our stay at this apartment in Thassos was wonderful. It didn’t feel like a rental, but like a real home. The place is even nicer in person than in the photos. It’s spacious, with comfortable beds, a good kitchen, and everything you need. There’s also a spot to park the car. Nikos wasn’t just a host, he felt like a friend. He was always there to help us with anything, from extra coffee to tips on where to eat. We will definitely come back again.

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

The house was very nice. The backyard was very sweet and comfortable. The host communicated well and helped us. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. There were thoughtful details in the house. We were very pleased.

Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Gastgeber haben dafür gesorgt, dass es alles gibt, was Sie für einen wunderschönen Urlaub brauchen. Das Dorf ist friedlich. Der Strand ist nur wenige Kilometer mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir sind begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

It is a functional house with plenty of space for four people and is just a stone's throw away from the beach. It has a spacious kitchen, living room, and a charming balcony with a view. We totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Tobias!

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Nea Peramos und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Everything was great, Marina was so helpful, you had every need on the house, the only thing that makes us overwhelming was our check-in hour but it is because of our bus departure time. We came to Kavala at 7 am, ofc it was hard to find somewhere to wait with suitcases, i strongly recommend you to put your cases to lockable cabinets on the bus station otherwise it might be unpleasant situation for you to try to walk with heavy cases. But Marina was helpful after we contact she allowed us to early check-in. If you don’t have any sim card you might got trouble about to find taxi as well you should learn the routes before you come. House is located a place easy to find.

Very good description of housing. No surprise when arriving. Vasilis was helpful throughout my stay and always answered quickly. Close to supermarket but if one wants to go to the center of iraklitsa one needs to be able to walk for 25min or have a car. No air condition in house but overall quite cool. Fully equipped kitchen. Would def stay here again but with car ☺️

Lovely place. Dora is amazing host, she responded very, very quickly and supported us when we have a problem. (not with the place). Very clear room and bathroom. You can park outside with no problem and free. The beach and the center (tavern, souvenirs etc) are in max 5 minutes away. Great and big supermarket in one minute.

Very comfortable and pleasant accomodations. There is a beautiful garden that is well maintained by Zefi and family beside the studio and many nice plants, friendly dog Lali, and a great balcony for reposing or dinner. Inside was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Beach is 5 minutes away and as well there is a Lidl and Masoutis, both 15 minutes away. Thank you Zefi!!!

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!
