Maria is a great and sweet host. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. The place is safe and has a gate. The kitchen was very well provided with daily necessities like tea, coffee, honey, olive oil, herbs etc. The location was perfect for us, away from the noice from the town, and when you cross the road you’re on the nature path along the sea going to beautiful and fun Cocles beach within 5 minutes.

Nelson was a great host! Made sure I had everything I needed. Great space and super easy to walk everywhere downtown. In the middle of town but very private and quiet. Would stay again for sure! Thanks!

Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero Joselyn lo solucionó inmediatamente, se mostró anuente en cada momento. El lugar es ideal para descansar, privado y muy seguro. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar.

Wir sind sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen worden und konnten sogar früher das Haus beziehen. Es war sehr schön gelegen und man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Man hat einen kleinen Garten für sich und es ist sehr idyllisch. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

We had a great time in the jungle bungalow! Being that connected to nature the entire time felt recharging and restful. We wanted to go to all of the different beaches and explore so we found that having the ATV for the entire stay was non-negotiable. We’re both in good shape and can do the walk in and out, AND if we would’ve done that, we definitely wouldn’t have done as much. Was so helpful to carry groceries in and out with too as we Made a lot of things at the space. As always, this part of the world is for adventurous people who are willing to immerse themselves in a different way of living. If you can’t go without AC and all of your creature comforts, you might wanna find a more cookie cutter place. This is special and sacred. I would describe it a lot like glamping in the states only you’re in a junglow 😍 pura vida! Thanks so much Theophilo and David for all of your help to make this a truly unforgettable experience. 🙏🏽

As other guests have written, I wish I could live here. The bungalow was exactly as pictured/described, and it gave my partner and I a comfortable and peaceful place to lay our heads every night. The property is lush with vegetation and attracts a variety of amazing creatures like frogs, geckos, hummingbirds, butterflies. We loved waking up to the sounds of toucans and montezuma oropendolas and falling asleep to the sounds of crickets and bugs. It is truly is the jungle cabina of our dreams. David is a wonderful host. He communicates clearly and responds very quickly. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but he messaged us in the middle of the week to check in which we really appreciated. For future guests: I HIGHLY recommend renting an ATV from David for your stay. The bungalow is on a mountain, and to walk up and down the long, steep road would have been a lot had we not gotten the ATV. Not only is the ATV fun, but it allows you to get up and down the hill safely and quickly.

Loved loved loved staying here! Gorgeous, peaceful, modern, clean, great location, and really lovely hosts. Wished I could have spent a month here. Also loved their pets, especially the cat!
