Excellent vacation home. My family and I had a great time. We comfortably fit 9 adults and 1 child. It was walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, which is very nice and decorated for the holidays. It was approximately 45 minutes to the sledding/tubing hill called Nyack. We caught a large snowstorm at the hill. Overall, a great vacation that we will all remember for years to come. Thank you!

Hidden gem! Right near the highway and easily accessible to everything. We found the home to be well-stocked with cookware and coffee and very clean. The hot tub is a nice touch on the chilly nights. Will stay again if in the area!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

This little cottage is the perfect retreat in a great part of Sacramento. It was easy to find, easy to check in, and easy to be comfortable! Toby the dog was an extra little treat! We brought our border collie and it was so nice to stay at such a comfortable pet-friendly home. The neighborhood is beautiful and well-located - truly one of the best parts of Sac.

Really enjoyed staying here. Love how the sun hits into the room in the daytime. Decor makes it one of a kind, not like most airbnbs with no character. Host very responsive. Left some things and has been helpful trying to get them back to me. Would book again.

I stayed at Peggy’s for a birthday weekend getaway and I am so glad I went with this option and not the others. Her home is absolutely beautiful, if you love the outdoors - you’ll love it here. She was extremely friendly, responded fast and overall was a great airbnb host. This place is perfect for hiking and the hot tub was for sure a plus after as well. I will 110% be recommending this place for friends and family if they are looking for a nature getaway. If you’re having second doubts, don’t! Book this place now :)

Raymond was a fantastic host! Gave very clear instructions. Had a very cozy and clean place. The yard was very scenic and artsy feeling! Great vibes. Plus I got some of the best sleep I've ever gotten here!

The workshop is perfect! Every fine detail was thought of from the vintage decor to the extra special personal touches. We had everything we needed and more. The garden is beautifully cared for and the interior of cabin looks like it should be in a movie. Gail was thoughtful enough to personalize our welcome and provided extras such as snacks, tea, and coffee. We were cozy all night from the electric fireplace. There are deliciousness restaurants within a 3 minute walk. You will not regret booking this stay.

From booking, to check-in to check-out the communication was easy, quick and made the whole experience even better! Carries instructions were super easy to follow, and the studio is absolutely adorable and so comfortable to stay in! I used to live in midtown for almost ten years and came back to visit friends and staying at the Airbnb made it feel like I was at home again 💜 truly made the whole weekend better! The studio was very clean and just as pictured, and the amenities made it so nice and easy to stay there. I would give more stars if I could! All around amazing stay, I highly recommend!

We were absolutely enchanted by our visit to the Fairy Tale Cottage! The forest is so peaceful… a refuge, really. The grounds are charming. Inside the home, Suzan has thought of everything. Just bring your toothpaste and toothbrush. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

This place is both adorable and functional. It is so well thought out; every little need is met... from the nice plate and glassware to the tv with every option, the perfectly fenced pup yard, the half & half for your coffee (no Coffeemate, yay!), and even cookies for dessert and sweet breakfast nibbles. The place is spacious, the bed is super comfy, the kitchenette has everything you need. The surrounding gardens are lovely and, again, we appreciated the private space intended for the studio. This quiet location is both centrally located and right next to wide open spaces where you can hike, walk with your pup, etc. Owners communicate quickly. This place is a gem!

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

This was not our first stay at the Story Homestead and won’t be our last. The house is perfect for our needs, mini french bulldog, and making meals. It is always exceptionally clean; guest instructions are clear. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful with lots of delightful bird watching and walks. The fireplace insert is very warming with plenty of wood provided. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring.

If you like peaceful and nature vibes this is the place perfect for you ! This place is hella nice and mary is nice ! And the best fishing spot i caught like 6 largemouth bass . Definitely gonna come back to this place ..

From the time we booked Martin and Maurice were great with communication. They were very welcoming on arrival and invited us to walk around and see the horses. We loved the location and were close to Old Town Sacramento. We would absolutely return for another stay.

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Fawzia's Casita! It was very easy to find, easy to access and come & go. The surrounding neighborhood/drive to the location was beautiful. Upon entering, it looked very clean and cozy. Very roomy space. The hosts were responsive whenever we had a question. Would recommend!

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

I rented Don and Kathy’s home to throw a baby shower. Keep in mind there is an event fee if you’ll have guests joining for the day, but it was very reasonable, especially for everything this house and our hosts gave us in return. There was so much open green space, greenhouse was more spacious and beautiful than what it looked like in the photos, and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into this family home. It was very clean and guest ready, but you can tell people actually live here and IMO it felt made it feel warmer compared to company owned Airbnbs that feel sterile. When they say their kitchen is fully stocked, they mean FULLY stocked. Don and Kathy are excellent hosts as well - they were so responsive and responded personally to all our messages and very quickly. When you get close the roads are not lit, so for some it might be a little scary to navigate in the dark. Just drive slow and once you get to where GPS drops you off it’s easy to see the house from the road!

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

Steve was a wonderful host. He maintained that perfect balance of being responsive and available while still allowing for privacy in the guest/poolhouse on his property. The property has beautiful views. Looking at the stars while sitting in the hot tub was very serene. The rental is very comfortable, stylish and clean and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely rent from Steve again--especially in the summer to take advantage of the beautiful pool.
