We had a great time at Ingrid's house! The kitchen was very well stocked (and not with crummy pots/pans and decades old utensils, but functional kitchen items!). It felt right at home and we were able to cook meals for the family easily. There were thoughtful touches like coffee and a dog wash kit provided. The house layout worked well for three couples and kids, and while we didn't realize that the fourth bedroom was accessed by a separate outdoor entrance over the garage it created a nice quiet getaway for the couple using it. The house is a 5 minute walk away from the beach, but does have peekaboo ocean views from the home. The hot tub was definitely a plus. Overall was clean, convenient and comfortable for our long weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this house. We always love it there. Can't wait to come back again. We enjoy feeding the deer's and watching them all walk by. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything looks just like the photos. Great location for stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.

We had an incredible week relaxing and surfing at Rod’s beautiful space. You can’t beat the hot tub right up against the forest! Will absolutely be back!!

Carol called me promptly after booking to let me know she may be flexible on check in if no one booked ahead of us. I stay at a lot of airbnb’s and have never had this offered without asking first. Very accommodating! The location is great and the home was exactly what you would expect for a little coastal cabin. We were also able to fit two trucks towing trailers in the driveway . Neighborhood was very quiet. Didnt see one Neihbor! Beds were comfy, hot tub was very peaceful and LOVE that they accommodate dogs. Thank you for our stay!

I really enjoyed being here. I am a fifth generation Oregonian and I know what it’s like to find places at the beach. This charming little place was extremely clean. And looked like it had recently been painted. It was very peaceful and quiet there. The fireplace was awesome and actually heated the living space quite adequately.I must’ve missed it, but I wasn’t aware that there were actually three bathrooms in the cottage. Really great place I would stay here again.

What a lovely stay. The house was just as advertised. We spent our days at the beach and touring around, and our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and chilling out. There is everything you could possibly need to cook. The kitchen was well stocked and laid out. Local groceries are spendy so if you need to do a big shop you may want to do it before you hit town. I was nervous taking my dogs to someone else's home, but they set us up for success with dog beds and towels. The crowning jewels would be the shower water pressure and the linen. Our entire weekend was amazing! I highly recommend.

This house is absolutely lovely. The hot tub was hot and it works well. There's ample cooking/eating wear. Plenty of pillows and beds were comfortable. The dog areas is great with the exception of the little ones can slip right under the fence. It not a large area but its perfect for getting them out. I really enjoyed my stay at this house.

Stayed at the Strand for a mid-week get together with a college room mate, and had such a wonderful time hanging out and relaxing. I had to do some virtual work appointments which was easy as there were 2 different desks to work from. The location was great, and the house was perfect! Better than we expected, so comfy and homey, and very clean! Beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet with the ocean in the background. All of the needed information was received ahead of time as promised and communication was easy. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!

Ocean view is just amazing!!😍 Apartment itself was just as described! There is everything you need to stay. Despite rainy weather view from terrace and private access to the beach worse every penny!👍🏻 definitely will stay next time in Oregon coast

My little family & I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was just like we expected & my girls loved it so much that we have to come back and visit again soon.

Matthew’s house exceeded our expectations. This house has been my favorite house I have stayed in on the coast, and I cannot wait to tell others and hopefully return in the future! The place is well taken care of, very clean, quiet, and perfect for both exploring and relaxing. It is obvious that Matthew takes pride in his residence and ensures his guests are taken care of and have all the necessary supplies for the stay. I highly recommend staying at this house!!

This is our second time staying at Miel’s place in the last two months. It is quickly becoming one of our favorite weekend/mid-week getaway spots. Miel is a wonderful host and very communicative. The home is spotless and the check-in/check-out process is seamless. The community is a little hidden slice of heaven that you’d never know of unless you are from the area or happen to rent a place in the community. Overall this is a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

We had a great time at Tim’s place! It’s a quick walk to the beach and in a beautifully charming neighborhood. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and I can be pretty picky about this when traveling. Tim could not have been a better host! His communications are timely, clear, helpful and kind. And then there’s the hot tub! What a treat!

Great place to stay. Pics match what you get. It was clean when we arrived. Only complaint would be that the beds are really really really soft, almost uncomfortably soft. We still got a good nights rest though.

The house was the perfect beach house getaway with amazing views, beach access, and close to everything in Lincoln City! We loved our time here and in the Pacific Northwest!

We have now stayed at Clare’s house multiple times and it’s just perfect. We love the location and just how easy she makes it for us. We will be back!

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

The view and location are amazing! You are right on the beach. The house is very nice and has comfortable beds and furniture. It has a great beach vibe. We visited during winter and we braved the elements of the beach, but loved staying inside by the fire and playing games and enjoying the view.

The house was great for two families. The kids loved the bar seating at the kitchen island, spacious bunk room and proximity to the beach. We would definitely book again!

My family and I decided to escape to the coast over Thanksgiving, and we were very happy to have Jerry’s place as home base for a couple of days. He is a friendly and responsive host, and the house is clean and welcoming, and stayed cozy during a cold snap. We cooked all our meals and had all the kitchen equipment we needed! Especially loved the views of the ocean, sunset, and birds from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful (yes, lots of deer) and the beach access is just a quick few blocks away. We hope to stay here again!

What a great beach house! 4 bedroom, 2 story house allowed for the kids to play and the adults to socialize and relax. with With direct access to the beach anyone could go out whenever they felt like it. and the hot tub and pool table was SO wonderful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

If such a thing as the perfect beach cabin existed, this would be it. From the living room to the sand and with a spectacular view of Kiwanda Rock from all the living spaces. A 6' sand dune did obstruct most of the view of the beach but we were well informed of this possibility as it's so close to the beach and with all the recent wind storms it was expected. The home has ALL the amenities of home and then some. My kids enjoyed the endless beach toys and upstairs loft where theres unobstructed views of the beach and Kiwanda Rock. Theres plenty of space and furniture, comfortable beds and intriguing decor. We enjoyed showering while looking at the beach. Daniel was an amazing host and has an awesome home, we'd love to stay there again!
