My friends and I stayed for two nights and it was everything we had hoped for. We were looking for quiet and peaceful, a place to relax and take a break from busy mom life. Everything was as described, Chloe and Andrew were so friendly and helpful- and Skipper is so sweet! All around lovely hosts and a great place to stay. Would recommend!

We had an amazing time at Barbara's property! Everything was as described, the pool table was super fun, the beds were comfortable, the waterfront was great, the dog was so excited for her check-in treat and having the firestick TV was great for evening watching. Although we are from Maine and have been to the Boothbay area before, we fell in love with Edgecomb and Damariscotta. Thank you so you for a great stay!

Great location with convenient public parking

Beautiful, peaceful location and remote. Judy and Nick are very welcoming and available, as is the maitre'd, Dobby the cat. We enjoyed this lovely unit where all was extremely clean, organized and obvious attention was paid to details and amenities. Spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds. Amazing sunrise over the water. Nice walking paths in the immediate area. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you again Judy and Nick.

This is just one of the most peaceful places to spend time. The view is priceless and the accommodations are perfect! Mary was a great hostess!

Clark’s Cove Farm is a magical place. The grounds, orchard, gardens and shore are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Tim was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. The carriage house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well furnished. We loved spending time on the deck when we were home. Great spot!!

We had a great stay here. The apartment was perfectly clean and well appointed. Bob and Laura covered everything; thoughtful snacks, a comprehensive guest book, fully stocked kitchen and they even made umbrellas available. We were super comfortable and it was a great spot to base our Bristol adventures from!

Jennifer is a fantastic host! She is over and above responsive and helpful, from beach guide to local places to eat. We stayed for a wonderful week at her beachfront cottage in Phippsburg. The home is spacious, bright, clean, and easy to find. Staying in early March was absolutely idyllic. We woke up to a view of stunning sunrises every morning. And the timing could not have been better for a cozy winter break: the whole neighborhood was completely quiet, making it feel like we had Popham all to ourselves. We also made a trip to Frosty’s Donuts - highly recommended if you plan to stay in the area! Jennifer’s cottage is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Woolwich. There is a peaceful nature vibe to the house and a beautiful view and location. The Bald Eagles live in a tree right on the edge of the backyard and were visible numerous times during our stay. The location to various towns and locations in Maine is convenient.

We had such a good time! Lots of space, kid friendly, well equipped kitchen, beautiful location by the water. Host communication was great. Hope to stay again sometime!

We would have moved in but the owner might not have liked that. It was so amazingly beautiful and watching the tide go in and out every day was peaceful. The bedrooms were pristine. The kitchen was well appointed, even the knives were sharp. This is a very walkable stay in Boothbay Harbor. The Thistle Restaurant is superb and get the carrot cake !! We will be booking again with a trip with the children and another trip with friends. The theater was lovely but we did not take advantage of it this trip.

The home is classic knotty pine Maine with comfy beds and a fantastic view of the ocean and lobster boats. The kitchen is well equipped (bring your own spices) w/ nice dishes, pots and pans. The walk around the area is wonderful as well if you stay close and Boothbay is always great. The layout is quirky but doable if you are not disabled w/ a steep driveway up and lots of stairs. There are 3 actual sleeping spaces with comfy beds. The guest cottage is lovely and the property management team is a dream to work with.

We had a great stay! The house has a nice view, is spacious, and well appointed for families with older kids. It’s also close to everything in the area.

We had an amazing time over valentines day weekend. There was a snow storm and Kent snow blowed around our vehicle to make sure we could get out. The house is very comfortable and peaceful, amazing view of the river and just off the road enough to not be bothered by passing traffic. Definitely recommend!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maine this week! Arrived in a snow storm on Friday night, lost power after heavy ice/ snow and the generator immediately kicked on. It was nice to have peace of mind while riding out the storm. Cozy space with the fireplace and plenty of options to sit and relax with nice views of the lake. Hosts are very organized and responsive as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

We have been staying at various places around North America and can say — without question — this was the nicest/all-around properties we have ever stayed at during our lengthy relationship. As I told the property owner, who by the way is a fabulous person, the photos of the Signal Point home don’t do it justice. The home is even more beautiful in person. We have also never been in a house as perfectly stocked with amenities in our lives. There was a ton of paper products already there for us. The linens were in abundance galore. And the gift bag for us when we arrived was an awesome touch that you don’t get everywhere. Bottom line, we have been staying in Boothbay Harbor for close to a decade during our Maine visits. And this is the best property we’ve been fortunate to land for our trip. We will be back next year and years to come before we buy our own place at Signal Point!
