Perfect place to use as a landing spot when enjoying Lincoln City! Walk across the street and see a perfect view of the ocean - with beach access!

Great spot on bye beach with easy private access! Close to a lot of attractions but yet felt secluded! Great beach getaway spot! My kids are already asking to go back!!

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the two of us and our pup! Ruth was very accommodating with our pup coming and it was in such a great area! We were able to walk to the beach access, see the tide pools and sunset, as well as be close enough to some of the shops and Newport! We were able to have a clean and comfortable place to come back to when we were finished being out and about. Thank you for the wonderful stay with no issues and a wonderful beach getaway!

loved our stay in newport. Great walk to the coast. And just few blocks from grocery store. loved the cozy home felt like home.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay. This place is perfect for families. Lot’s of things to keep the kids busy.

Our host Karen provided a welcoming stay right on the coast. The home was comfortable and stocked with everything we could have needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Karen was available to answer any questions we had as well. The home is in a truly beautiful and quiet location.

A great place to stay with kids. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is safe, calm, and walkable. The kitchen and rest of the house are well stocked. There's a full kitchen, a pack'n'play, and a high chair. We will absolutely be back.

This was a lovely weekend get away with a home away from home feel. The location is within walking distance of several stores as well as a family friendly arcade. We had a lovely time and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was our second time staying at Dee's place. She's a wonderful host who is always proactive about communicating. The house is in such a great location right on the coast. Having 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was fantastic for three families. We'd love the opportunity to stay here once again in the future!

This was such a great last minute find for us! Beautiful little condo and just a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained and smelled oh so good! Lynn was so easy to contact and check in and out was the easiest!

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

We had a great time visiting Newport and staying in Richard condo. The ocean view was amazing, and the studio save was just right for the two of us. The street is full of fun shops and casual restaurants. Even though my spouse’s fishing trip was cancelled due to weather, I did get a bike ride in, and we had lots of fun. Thank you!

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

Beautiful apartment on the water within a block of Nye Beach shops, restaurants etc. Older apt that has been very tastefully updated and decorated. Felt very clean, had everything we needed for a our family of three (including a one year old). It is on the second floor of a three floor building, so we heard people above and below us and the bedroom is situated along the road and hallway of the apartment, so there was slight noise there. Overall a great stay and we definitely recommend.

The view and location of the condo are great. We loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and listening to the waves at night. There are a lot of places to travel to from Newport so we were able to take a lot of day trips. The only downside with the town is all the restaurants we were looking to go to were all permanently closed. It was good that the kitchen is well stocked as we ended up going to the grocery and making most of our meals.
