Great stay for my family! Very clean apartment and wonderful location. The communication was very clear and the response time was excellent. Would definitely book this place again!

Scott exceeded our expectations as did his place. Gifts, supplies, quiet, comfort. There was a few nites I strongly suspected cigarette smoke (in this NON SMOKING Bldg), Scott and The HOA president took care of the issue with amazing speed and persistence. So grateful.

Me and my wife stayed for 7 days . Location of LIVRED is great . Room was clean , kitchen well well equipped quipped. We did not drive at Lincoln. Local transportation was good , Lincoln is small city , being LIVRED at downtown, we walked around including University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Capitol building…local transportation ( starTran bus ) is cheap and good, bus stop just couple of blocks away. We really enjoyed staying at LIVRED. If we visit Lincoln, will stay at same accommodation

Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Downtown location was very convenient. Parking situation was not ideal. Would suggest thoroughly researching parking options before your stay. Overall a great space and experience.

We’ve stayed in this building a couple times now. It has a great location close to the historical Haymarket District, which we love we would stay here again.

Barrie was responsive and a friendly host. A very nice place conveniently located by the U. Nebraska campus. I highly recommend!

James was a great host. The place was exactly as described, easy to find and easy to access. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. I stayed here for two weeks while performing at the Lied Center and it was perfect. It was very cold in Lincoln while I was there so I especially appreciated the electric fireplace. Would definitely stay again if I get back to Lincoln.

Great property for a quick family vacation! Open floor plan with plenty of space for the kids to enjoy! Wish we could have stayed in the summer to enjoy the pool.

He was the most responsive and kind host we’ve ever had! He brought us coffee and filters when we were out and also notified us when our dog was out and brought her back in safely. We were very thankful for his help. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful place for a large family gathering. The kids loved the playroom and the outdoor play area. There was seating for 14-16 for meals plus outdoor tables and chairs. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Thanks Lisa.

This house is in our top two favorites so far! The basement is loaded with things for the kiddos (adults too!) very clean, great neighborhood & the host was amazing! Great communicator, accommodating & flexible! The beds are VERY comfortable, there is plenty of space & the kitchen is beautiful. This air BnB has almost everything you could ever need for your stay. Plenty of hot water, the WiFi is fast & so much storage space! The fenced in backyard, deck & garage are just a great added bonus! It’s a quiet neighborhood & very easy to navigate! 10/10 would recommend!

The house was as described. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Very roomy and alot of elbow room for our family. Kelly was very responsive to any questions we had and seemed to genuinely care that our stay in her house was a good one. The garage was also appreciated as it was very cold and snowy at times during our visit there. We would definately stay here again should the need arise!

The house was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! Had a fantastic time and so did my 3 kids! Plenty of things to keep them ALL (7, 11, & 15) occupied all week. Great with communication and answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner! Would DEFINITELY recommend staying here! Very much worth every penny!
