The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Meg was such a lovely hosts and the apartment is absolutely amazing. She got back to me very quickly if I had any questions. The apartment is very nicely furnished, in great condition and very clean! Many thanks again to Meg and her team! Highly recommended!

Convenient location. Excellent off street parking. Not tech savvy so we failed with finding free to air tv. Comfy beds. Regardless of the busy street we could not hear the traffic. Stairs were a bit of challenge however only getting suitcases upstairs. PS: the hair dryer is behind the mirror in the bathroom.

A lovely, cosy apartment with everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. Great shower and a very comfy bed.

Zoe’s place was perfect for what I needed. I was in town for a few days surgeries and the location was convenient, the space was calming and very tidy. It had everything I needed to recover and rest. Thank you Zoe, would recommend to anyone needing a problem free,l and easy Airbnb experience.

Well equipped, warm and cozy unit. The instructions were clear with quick responses. The only issue was availability of street parking. Perhaps it was also due to the fact that we were staying over during holidays. Would certainly recommend the place.

From the moment we arrived, the house was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend! Super close to Nga Puna Wai sports hub which was a bonus for us.

Great stay as a family of four and our dog for a week. Great walks to beckenham park and lunch at the local restaurant birdwood. Could do washing, two toilets, cook meals, easy stay.

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed so far on our 2 week stay in NZ. It looks brand new, is sparkly clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the train station made it very convenient for us. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, we were so at home.

We had a great time staying at Fangs place. Excellent location near to Riverside Market and the Bus station . Very comfortable bedrooms. Fang was very contactable and quick to respond to any enquiries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks for a lovely stay :-)

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Susan’s apartment in Christchurch! As a family of four, we found the space perfect and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was ideal, close to everything with a café on the corner, making it easy for us to explore Christchurch. We highly recommend Susan’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

Christchurch is a beautiful place, I was working this trip, but best spot to stay, I recommend this highly Cheers Colin

Rachael’s place is centrally located within walking distance of the Christchurch city centre. Lots of food options available nearby and there is a park nearby the listing which is great for kids! The apartment is also very new and well maintained, looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend Rachael’s place!
