A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

This was a return visit to Les’ place and was as good as we remembered. It is stylish, warm and really well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bath and showers are spotlessly clean. It is perfect for walking into town, to the museum (worth a visit) and the shops. The carpark pass for a spot outside the building was ideal and meant that we didn’t have to use the car. Les responded quickly to any requests. We will definitely return again.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Apartment was really lovely. Very clean; good decor (curtains are gorgeous!). Alison responded extremely promptly to questions. Little touches like leaving a pint of milk in the fridge (and a few choccies on the table) were very much appreciated!

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

wow wow wow! the nest is a brilliant self contained apartment with beautiful views of the countryside! very peaceful and relaxing. I was also particularly greatful for the gift basket I received, such a lovely touch and just what the doctor ordered after a 6 hour drive! Thanks so much!

We were greeted and let in by a lovely lady who works in the cafe below. James and Jamie have done a wonderful job with their cafe/bistro and airbnb. The flat is cosy, stylish, deceptively spacious and decorated to a high standard and is situated above The Sycomore which is equally as lovely and does amazing breakfasts/lunches and occasional theme nights that I highly recommend. This was a perfect base for our visit to see our daughter who is at the uni of Lincoln. The bed was the comfiest I've slept in with lovely soft pillows and duvet. perfect little touches with fresh coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter and jam. Kitchen is well equiped and very clean. Set in the lovely quiet West End area with a great view of the common with the lovely horses from the living/dining area. My only wish is that we'd discovered this little gem earlier, we'll definitely be back before my daughter finishes university. Thank you Jamie and James for the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay for two weeks. Michelle was very friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early so we weren’t waiting with our suitcases and nowhere to go. The place itself is lovely - spacious but cozy, very clean, comfortable beds and plush towels. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the local asda for groceries and a bus stop into town or the train station. Lots of parking if you drive. We had a great time and would definitely return again. Quiet, private, comfortable, clean, with added little extra's that make all the difference when staying in an Air band B. Could not fault anything - best place to stay when in Gainsborough - Louise is a star .

Brilliant location in the Lace Market and so easy to walk to so many other fab places, like the Theatre Royal, Nottingham Castle, Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Pub - which we also recommend. George was great and sent across very helpful information and instructions re checking in etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends / family. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay George. It was lovely to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary - Lace - so near the Lace Market!

Sam's place was really nice and and very well designed and decorated. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and her responses are really quick which was really kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and quick replies to any questions. One small suggestion for future guests: while the lighting was excellent, having a mirror in the room would be a wonderful addition for getting ready. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades, cama muy cómoda todos los utensilios de Cocina, muy bien ubicado, muy cerca tienes tienda para comprar algo rápido , y a pocas distancia un súper mercado , autobús casi en la puerta del apartamento.. calefacción muy buena , David es muy amable ☺️ lo recomiendo 💯

This was a very pleasant stay in beautifully clean, well equipped accommodation. It was ideally situated for our concert at the Palace Theatre and within walking distance of an excellent pub. Christopher and Sue were helpful hosts who provided clear and friendly information.
