We had a wonderful stay at Rosewall Cottage. It was extremely peaceful and the cottage cozy and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We loved seeing the chickens in the garden and listening to their funny little noises! Lia was very responsive and sent a brilliant mini video showing the street view of the property, making the cottage super easy to find. A fantastic place to stay for my uncles 80th birthday surprise. Thank you Lia, you are a great host.

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

we had a great long weekend in the cottage with friends. the location was perfect. right in the middle of the woods and so quiet and private. we enjoyed looking for birds, squirrels and deer. Ben was great at communicating when we had a few questions. he also popped round to give more wood for the hot tub and firepit which was great! would love to go again!

we had an amazing time, we feel so relaxed and refreshed. I actually cant believe others have had the cheek to give a 4 star or less!! they could not have been better if they tried!! on our 1st full day we met Andrew, rocky and Bella! plus the spaniels they have! there was so many leaflets and a review book in the cottage so all guests can easily find other things to do! yes it is isolated so if youre not looking for that space and quiet time this isn't for you! alton towers is only 1.5 hours away in the car, plus Skegness too! the local village is a 5 minute drive! everyone was welcoming aswell.. the way Sarah cleans this cottage is IMMACULATE! clean sheets clean towels supplied!! a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh eggs too!! Google maps doesn't like the post code so it is literally one of the first properties on the left hand side as you come off of the main road!! we are booking again! with the children. thankyou so much for all your hard work Sarah and of course andrew xxxx

The converted barn is just beautifull, it has everything you may need for your stay. The outdoor Hot Tub and garden was perfect. The added touches of hot tub towels/robes and a basket of goodies was very much appreciated. Communication was quick and easy and the lock box with key was easy to work. We will certainly recommend this Airbnb to friends+ family.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

We had a absolutely fantastic time, it was just the tranquil, peaceful break my partner and I needed. The location of the property is beautiful and we were really fortunate with the weather. The property was clean, cozy and Wayne and Dave made us feel right at home. In the home everything was thought of which made checking in effortless. With a short drive you have access to local amenities. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. Blossom Farm is ideal for our family get togethers, location is spot on, very well equipped with do much attention to detail! Salford Warren is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a good place to walk the dog!

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most peaceful and lovely stay at Camilla’s cottage. Really private, cottage is directly onto a public footpath and access to their paddock so ideal for the dogs. Cottage was exactly as advertised, super clean and tidy and had everything you could need and the Breakfast supplies were amazing. 100% recommend and will 100% return 🤍

An absolute BEAUT of a place to stay with everything required for an easy and pleasant few days away from home. I was staying for work reasons but it would also be a PERFECT romantic getaway spot - just lovely! And walking distance to the canal and lovely scenery too...

Lovely place. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was very cozy especially with the log burner. We had an extremely nice stay. We loved the proximity to Mablethorpe beach which was glorious in the spring sun.

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Stunning quirky Airbnb with excellent fixtures and fittings; huge feature lounge with day beds if needed and private garden / courtyard. Louise was brilliant with queries and even popped round to sort the coffee machine! The little touches and extras made sure it delivered on its luxury status. Nettleham is beautiful but if you’re staying longer or want a restaurant type meal, Lincoln is easy to get too

Absolutely stunning place to stay unique and beautiful cottage very spacious , warm and beautifully presented - cosy and really peaceful - really comfortable beds - would definitely stay again -very friendly and welcoming Host -had everything you needed for a comfortable stay with a very well equipped kitchen too

Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

We stayed at Kookou Cottage for a week and all agreed this was one of the best properties we have stayed in! It felt like being at home, with all the amenities provided. we spent most the week exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds with plenty of dog walks and visiting the local villages and towns. everything is within a short car journey. We had many meals at the Cottage including a Pizza night with use of the Pizza oven, all set out ready. A big thank you to Jade for being very responsive and checking in to see if everything was okay through out the week! such a great service and a perfect little retreat!
