The place was amazing for the price! House was lovely and the games and hot tub space was great for a calm yet fun night.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmas apartment. There are so many small details that have been done to make us feel welcome and at home. We loved it. This is an ideal place to stay if you have children as there are some toys and books possible to use, as well as a cot and safety gate to keep the little ones safe. This might be the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at, so a big shout out to the person responsible for cleaning. The only negative thing I can think of is that the floor in the bathroom can get a bit cold (so bring slippers) and the bed was a bit too soft for our preferences and squeeks a bit, but this is minor details. All in all a wonderful place and great value. We hope to stay again. Emma and her parents who lives next door are very kind and helpful. We forgot a toy and they were happy to help us get it back. Emma is also very easy to communicate with and have clear instructions that are easy to understand. Thank you so much for everything.

This was our 2nd stay. The host is very responsive to messages and the instructions were clear to collect keys. The house was great for a family stay and would recommend 😀

Tidy, cosy home and in a great location We loved our stay here!

I only stayed for one night at Alison's place but it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The downstairs bathroom and ensuite to the main bedroom are useful, particularly if 2 or 3 guests are staying. The off road parking is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Cleethorpes.

Excellent communication between James and I and quick to set up a late check out on request. We choose the location due to its proximity to the SwanCar Farm Wedding venue which is about 15min by local taxi. There is a massive Tesco or Asda/Aldi near to top up your shopping. House met all our needs and had everything we need, this is a great place to stay! Thanks James.

The studio itself is perfect for solo travellers, couples or younger families. It’s is perfectly equipped in all areas and is very homely without being overwhelming. East Leake is a lovely quiet village with a whole host of amenities including one very good pub, The Nags head. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again. Thank you!

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Brilliant stay at Andrew & Juvy’s! The location was perfect, only a short walk into the city centre so we didn’t have to spend money on transport. The flat had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely nights stay here with my wife and young son. Lovely location with a really beautiful walk down by the Trent easy to get to from here. Perfect place to unwind and chill out, highly recommended

A nice and clean apartment. Plenty of parking right next to it as well. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and warm inside even though it was freezing outside. Definitely recommend.

This air b&b is the perfect location right in the centre of Nottingham! Although being in the centre of town it was never loud or any disturbances. The place was spotless, such comfy beds and had great amenities. The host Phillip was so helpful and had quick response times, couldn’t have asked for anything more! Would definitely be coming back to stay here if I am ever back in Nottingham again, seriously recommend this place to stay!

Great place - loved the apartment and the outdoor space. Brilliant location and friendly communication. It was very noisy on the Friday night but I suppose that's what you get for being right in the centre. Saturday was quieter. We had a lovely stay and would recommend. Thank you!
