Very clean and relax place to stay would definitely stay again

We spent Christmas at Rodica's place and she made sure that it felt just like home. She managed to decorate for us and the place was spotless. Communication was great and whenever we had an issue or query she was very responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us. We look forward to another stay soon.

My daughter (and her dog) and I had a really lovely 2 night stay here and wished we were staying longer :) Everything was wonderful the cabin (everything you needed, comfortable and clean), the location (looking out to a lake and within easy walking distance to the beach) we had a lovely relaxing stay. From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. We had such a fabulous stay that well and truly exceeded our expectations. This place was the perfect spot for us to kick back, relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and re-connect with family. Laura and Ash are such lovely people, perfect hosts, their hospitality went above and beyond and the hot tub was awesome too. I think we've found our new 'bolt hole' when visiting this area again. We will definitely be back!!!

Jake was a great host, had no issues and everything worked as it should, really nice and warm too! I stayed at this property as it's really close to the motorway and had an early start to get on the M1, location was ideal and host was very accommodating, place looks like new! Would stay again.

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

Lovely bnb, great hosts, great location right next to the sea- close restaurants and bars nearby - overall 5*- will be back!

We had originally booked somewhere else to stay but the booking fell through at the last minute. Karen responded immediately to my request which was very short notice and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The house was perfect and after having such a stressful time we were both delighted that our original booking had fallen through! The house is beautifully appointed, warm, cosy peaceful and spotlessly clean. It’s also in a very convenient location, near enough to get to the centre of things without being in the busy areas. Karen shares my love for interior design and I very much enjoyed reading her magazines and books on the subject! Fabulous eclectic selection of paintings and prints on all the walls and lots of delightful personal touches everywhere. Karen was easy to contact if needed and she checked to see how we were during our stay which was very thoughtful of her. I would highly recommend staying at No. 72.
