We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

Paul was an absolutely fantastic host, this place is perfect for family gatherings and weekends away from the city. Paul even was lovely enough to show us round his farm, the baby cows were a brilliant sight to see. Be sure to book through his website rather than AIR BNB for cheaper prices. Me and my group of friends had a fabulous weekend away, amazing escape from London. and there’s more rooms available than shown if you need more space for a larger gathering!

I Highly recommend this what a lovely cottage. It felt like home from home. Martha is Kind courteous, host. we will be be back sometime in the future.

We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! Would 100% recommended for a relaxing weekend away. Thank you John. 🤩

An absolute gem of a place! Jayne and Stewart were wonderful hosts, they have thought of everything to make your stay a very comfortable one. The property is gorgeous, immaculate and has everything you need for a great stay. Fantastic hot tub!

The little Barn was so beautiful and so much better than the pictures. What made it really special was that Rebecca had decorated the living and kitchen area with a Christmas tree, fairy lights and a door wreath. We even had a little goody hamper left on the side for us. Myself and my daughter had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway. I will definitely be returning next year 🥰

It's hard to describe quite how lovely The Roost is! Beautifully furnished, bright, clean, very comfortable, very cosy. Lindsey and Michael have thought of everything, and done everything to a very high standard. We were very lucky to have glorious weather for early March — it was warm enough to sit out in the garden. We stayed so that we could visit a friend near Spalding who's recently moved to the area, so we will be returning!

We had the best time at this beautiful cottage with absolutely stunning view. Everything we needed was there. Kevin was very quick to reply, welcomed us in but then left us to enjoy. We stayed with 4 children and there was plenty of space. The log burner was just wonderful. Kitchen appliances all great. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s far more beautiful. So happy and we will be back thank you 😊

A really lovely stay! The accomodation is really tastefully decorated and well furnished. A beautiful spot for watching the sunrise and for retreating in the countryside with a woodburner.

Had an amazing stay here for a few nights over New Year's, clean throughout the property and looked exactly like the pictures, would highly recommend if your looking to stay in this area

Thank you Rachel for a wonderful stay in your beautiful barn. It was even better than the photos and we both felt at home,it was in a peaceful setting in a lovely village. I would highly recommend staying here and include a visit to the plough inn booking is recommended and Belton House NT which is 10 minutes down the road.

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect place to go and visit Lincoln. About 15 mins drive away. In a beautiful little town, with local shops and things to do. The accommodation was all we could of asked for and more. We had freshly baked bread on our arrival and snacks and treats which was a lovely bonus. The hosts are lovely people, and very communicative. The accommodation was great, had all the space we needed for two days. Perfect gone away from home. Will definitely be returning again soon.

What a wonderful stay! Pictures do not do this place justice! There is a lot of space in this converted barn. It had beautiful views, beds were comfy and although in the pictures some of the rooms look like they don't have space - they really do! All the rooms have an ensuite and there's hot water whenever you want it. Thank you Charlotte for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place to stay and just what was required for 2 adults and 2 dogs with a small fenced off garden but very easy access by car to huge dog friendly beaches. Best found using what3words if arriving in the dark 😊

Booked a couple of nights away for my wife’s birthday we wanted somewhere to just relax and get away from it all. Pleased to say that is exactly what we did. The hayloft has been restored beautifully and we wished we could have stayed in it for longer! We had our 2 miniature dachshunds with us and it’s perfect for dog owners too. We went on a couple of nice long walks in the beautiful surroundings. Quite a cold time of year but once back inside and the wood burning stove heats up along with the spa bath (which steals the show) you heat up in no time. There are a couple of pubs nearby one of which is the penny farthing, we had lunch at one of the days which was also very good with friendly staff. All in all a great trip hosted by the lovely Sherry who made us feel at home straight away and she has done a lovely job of restoring the building with so much thought and little details.

Lovely barn. Beautifully decorated. Nice to have a bathroom each. Plenty warm enough with underfloor heating. Lovely place to stay. Great that it was walkable to 2 pubs in the village, and a community shop. Lots to see locally. Stamford always worth a visit. Belton Hall and woolthorpe Hall, both national trust properties not too far away.

We really enoyed our few nights at The Old Stables. Spotlessly clean and quality furnishings. Thanks for the homemade jam & marmalade. Hope to come back in the summer to sit in the conservatory.

A great value stay, with everything you could need. From the spacious living space, to kids being able to feed the animals in the morning- it’s a unique property suitable for various types of break. Hosts were very kind, and offered flexibility over what was expected for check-in. We would definitely consider using this, or one of the other cottages on site again.
