The room is warm and comfortable and the bathroom is just across the corridor but it felt private and everything is taken care of. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit and cereal, lots of choice, I loved it as Nd Miranda is charming, helpful and kind. The room and bathroom are spotless and there are plenty of towels and a very comfy bed! Quite lovely and highly recommend def and great value for money. Stamford is a very interesting town.

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

We loved Pablo’s place. Everything was neat, tidy and clean. Super flexible check in and it was on Easter Day which makes it even more amazing! I would definitely recommend it and stay again next time in Newark!

We loved our time here! Location is perfect, so nice to be on a farm with such friendly dogs/cats and other animals to greet. Jan was very welcoming, he greeted us on arrival and showed us around the Airbnb. Explained where things were, how things worked etc. Jan was very generous with the breakfast bundle (bacon, sausages, eggs and bread), also with his recommendations of things to do in the area, and very generous showing us around the farm and explaining a little more about how it all operates there. The Airbnb is bigger than we expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back at some point. Many thanks!

Stunning massive room in a family home set in lovely surroundings. It’s remote so I’d advise any guests to drive or be very active, the area is beautiful and it was perfectly located for East Kirkby Airfield where we wanted to attend an event. Great breakfast and very welcoming hosts with their cat masters ;-). Would absolutely stay again when visiting the area.

I enjoyed my midweek 2 night stay at Lesley's. She is one of those special people who are truly authentic, you feel you know everything about her after half an hour chatting with a cuppa. I took my bike to cycle from her place into the city to explore castle & cathedral, and to visit canal side Pyewipe Inn. A very good hostess.

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding close by. Lovely hosts, excellent accommodation in a converted barn, modern with character, spotless bathroom, lovely bedroom with all the amenities, sofa, super comfy bed and absolutely amazing air con! Private parking to top it off and a great breakfast selection.

We loved our stay with Clare and Shawn, they both made us feel very welcomed and were so giving of their time to answer questions and converse about the area. They both offered to help us with some personal needs that were above and beyond and completely unexpected. The room was very comfy, I loved being able to open the window and sleep comfortably with fresh air. Breakfast was delivered to our door at the time we specified, it was delicious and well thought out, it was actually more than we could consume but we were able to grab the fresh fruit for our car ride that day. I also appreciated that the space included a separate room where I could go relax with my coffee and tablet while my husband was still sleeping the next morning. We felt very safe in the home and the area which was quiet and peaceful.
