Really easy and pleasant experience. Great communication, real attentiveness and lots of extra touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend the space and the host. Really appreciate how easy and comfortable everything was. Great host!!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

We loved our stay at Caroline’s place! So close to all of the attractions and set in a nice street with lots of parking. Lots of space and the apartment is very nicely decorated and finished to a high standard. We would definitely book again ❤️

We had a great stay at Jaime's place. The apartment had great views and was in a great location. The host was responsive and helpful. The only thing people should be aware of is the apartment looks onto a busy main road. So this means there was quite a lot of traffic noise on the weekend. If you're sensitive to noise or have a little one (like us) then you may need to take this into consideration.

This was our second stay here and we had another lovely stay. It is in a great central location, a nice flat with everything you need and we found it quiet. Thank you Lisa, and for accommodating our dates. I am sure we will be back!

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

Chanel's place is clean and spacious. Very handy for town and the beach.

Had a lovely long weekend in Natalie's beautiful apartment. The photos really don't do it justice, it's cosy, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend and return. Woodhall Spa is a lovely, friendly place, we enjoyed drinks at Bar Eleven and food at Lorenzo's and the Abbey Lodge.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

lovely long weekend away at Elton's Covent Gardens listing in Ingoldmells. the place was modern, lovely and clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was really lovely. Very clean; good decor (curtains are gorgeous!). Alison responded extremely promptly to questions. Little touches like leaving a pint of milk in the fridge (and a few choccies on the table) were very much appreciated!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

wow wow wow! the nest is a brilliant self contained apartment with beautiful views of the countryside! very peaceful and relaxing. I was also particularly greatful for the gift basket I received, such a lovely touch and just what the doctor ordered after a 6 hour drive! Thanks so much!

We were greeted and let in by a lovely lady who works in the cafe below. James and Jamie have done a wonderful job with their cafe/bistro and airbnb. The flat is cosy, stylish, deceptively spacious and decorated to a high standard and is situated above The Sycomore which is equally as lovely and does amazing breakfasts/lunches and occasional theme nights that I highly recommend. This was a perfect base for our visit to see our daughter who is at the uni of Lincoln. The bed was the comfiest I've slept in with lovely soft pillows and duvet. perfect little touches with fresh coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter and jam. Kitchen is well equiped and very clean. Set in the lovely quiet West End area with a great view of the common with the lovely horses from the living/dining area. My only wish is that we'd discovered this little gem earlier, we'll definitely be back before my daughter finishes university. Thank you Jamie and James for the perfect place to stay.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to the town. Pam and Nick, were great sent clear instructions and directions before check in, and emailed during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Loved the black out blinds!

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades, cama muy cómoda todos los utensilios de Cocina, muy bien ubicado, muy cerca tienes tienda para comprar algo rápido , y a pocas distancia un súper mercado , autobús casi en la puerta del apartamento.. calefacción muy buena , David es muy amable ☺️ lo recomiendo 💯

This was our first experience of an Airbnb and we were absolutely thrilled at what we found. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and there was everything that you could possibly need provided. Martin's attention to detail is first class and he has created something very special to which we will definitely be returning. The views from the Annexe are stunning and the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. We came for a much needed relaxing break and that is exactly what we got. Martin himself is very responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We stayed at Karen's place for one night, it was spotlessly clean and really cosy. It had everything we needed and the heating was on when we checked in which was great as we were wet through after our day out.

An absolutely perfect place to stay. Warm & so cosy we couldnt light the fire (sadly). Comfortable bed, relaxing furniture, extremely equipped kitchen with lots of extras Sue had left. Lovely shower with soft towels etc provided. Lovely to sit in the warm conservatory to listen and see the birds. Great communication from Sue. Would definately recommend and we will be returning for another visit.
