We have stayed here more than once. The check-in is very easy. The owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. While an older property, it is well maintained and has great character.

We spent a few days in Cedar Rapids visiting museums and cultural highlights. The apartment was a perfect place to stay: centrally located, comfortable, and well-appointed. We appreciated the opportunity to explore the city and to relax in great surroundings. Highly recommended!

Spent Christmas with our Daughter in Marion and everything was perfect. Sue had everything clean and inviting and even added several great touches including a beautiful lighted Christmas tree. The place was great and would definitely stay there again!

Mark was quick with responses when I had a minor issue with my stay and was able to get me in to another apartment the same day. Julie his housekeeper is wonderful as well!

My wife and I started a challenge in 2021 to get to all 50 states together. We picked Cedar Rapids solely based on this Airbnb and we are so glad we did. Sue’s firehouse was our 11th state stop. Sue was very responsive and helpful by giving us suggestions of things to do and shops to visit while we stayed in Cedar Rapids. My wife’s favourite touch was that Sue hung a Union Jack garland for us after learning our story. This Brit appreciated the thoughtful touch, too. But the Dalmatian statue is my favourite. We got in late after having a late start out of Chicago. It was super easy to find and get in, even in the dark. Thank you for leaving a light on for us! The bed was very comfortable after a long drive! Some highlights of our trip: the Czech/ Slovak museum, Luckys on 16th, The Black Sheep, Cafe Tacuba, Raygun, and Next Page Books (with Frank!) We highly recommend visiting Cedar Rapids and staying at one of Sue’s Airbnbs. Thank you!

Host was quick to reply and when I had a minor item come up, immediately stopped by to assist. I could not have been more pleased with the location and value!

Photos do not do it justice, it was perfect! It was close to several eating establishments that were fantastic! The home was very comfortable and clean. We will stay again if the opportunity arises. The instructions given were clear and concise.

Great place to stay for any reason! If you need a place to stay on a trip or you just want a weekend away from home. Dave’s place was clean, welcoming, and enjoyable. I definitely recommend staying if you are in the area!!

Great place overall. Wish it had a iron and ironing board. The LED lights behind TV's in one bedroom and the living room came on in the middle of the night one time, but I'm assuming that was a one-off. Loved the location and clean feel of the place. Will be staying here again soon.

Kelley is the best host I’ve ever stayed with. She is very proactive and accommodating. She always responded promptly. The room was great! Spotless and the renovations looked great. 10/10 I will be telling all of my friends! Thanks Kelley!
