Wish we could have stayed longer - lots of interesting things to look at in the property. Beds are comfortable - slept well. Communication with Scott was good. Would definitely stay again!

Marc’s place was a great find. Perfect location as we were booked on the Steam Train at Pickering. Marc was friendly and approachable and happy to recommend places to eat out. The accommodation was ideal and Marc had left tea, coffee, bread milk & biscuits, which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Apricot Cottage as a lovely place to stay.

Most relaxing weekend we’ve had in a long time. We discussed venturing out to the country bios available but decided against it, treetops cottage is just too nice to leave!!

What a fantastic gem of a place! Booked owl for my 37th birthday trip and me and my husband had the most relaxing stay. The hut itself is beautiful, cosy, warm and well stocked as well as being pristine inside. The bed is super comfy and the hot tub was stunning. The thing that cannot be beaten is the location, what a view! We felt completely and utterly relaxed and the hosts were wonderful. Jay met us on arrival and was so friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived late. We will definitely be back, we didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Lovely little cabin, exactly what we needed

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in the upper part of Runswick Bay with easy access to the beach and Cleveland Way. It was perfect for our family reunion (six adults and 4 children). it’s a large dormer bungalow, maybe a little dated but with modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen which were spotlessly clean. Despite it being the coldest weekend in Britain for 10 years we were cosy with central heating, extra oil filled radiators and wood burners. Susan was the perfect host with good communication and many thanks for leaving us plenty logs. The toys which are mentioned in lots of reviews were great for the children. They even ventured to the bottom of the garden to the play area which was fantastic but too cold to stay long. We would love to stay in this house again maybe in the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful garden, eating al fresco and taking in the views of the bay and Kettleness in the distance.

A fabulous little guest house with beautiful views and a peaceful private space to relax. Would love to stay again!
