The apartment was perfect for my needs. Nice patio, good shower and handy cooking facilities. Very central and close to the main tram line to get around the city. Really good location.

Es war sehr ruhig und super gemütlich. Leider hatten wir nicht viel Zeit, um die Ruhe mehr zu genießen.

Sehr gemütlich, wenn man nach Linz muss. Würde es definitiv empfehlen!

Beautiful appartement in the countryside and just 30 min drive to Linz. My son and I very much enjoyed staying at Gabriele's place, especially the quiet location, the lovely view out to the garden and that the appartement is sunny and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön, perfekte Lage, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr schön, tolle Aussicht; Parkplätze verfügbar. Wirklich alles top! Einzig die Stufen sind unglaublich gefährlich!! Unsere Kinder sind beide zweimal ausgerutscht weil es so rutschig ist. Sie sicherheit der stiegen sollte unbedingt verbessert werden.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort, hätten es aber noch gut länger dort ausgehalten :) Die Unterkunft ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war klar und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es war alles wunderbar und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Besonders gut war der Kaffee 👍❤️😉. Monika ist sehr offen und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

very nice stay at Martin's place, everything was easy to arrange. it is a very big house with own parking spot. we enjoyed this peaceful stay a lot!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind über Nacht geblieben,wir und unsere Kinder haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt die Gastgeber waren mehr als freundlich und das Häuschen sehr komfortabel und sauber wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Marion ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für kürzere oder längere Aufenthalte braucht. Das Rauschen des benachbarten Baches war uns sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Heizen mit dem Holzofen hat sehr gut geklappt und zusätzlich gibt es noch Infrarot-Panels im Bad und im Schlafzimmer, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, es gibt sehr viele Wander-Routen für jedes Niveau. Die Kommunikation mit Anita und Mathias war sehr nett und informativ. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The property is far away from neighbors and in a very good condition. Especially the balcony is great to sit in the summer nights.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ediths Unterkunft. Wir hätten gerne mehr Zeit dort verbracht, hatten aber schon so viele Unternehmungen vor, dass wir eigentlich nur abends dort waren. Sehr schöne Gegend um Rad zu fahren, zu wandern oder einfach nur in der Ybbs zu baden. Haben es sehr genossen!

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr herzlich und lieb eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für alle sechs Personen. Im Wohnzimmer ein feiner Schwedenofen, der es nochmal gemütlicher macht. Sehr gerne wieder:)

Die Unterkunft kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man so braucht, auch die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist anspruchsvoll eingerichtet und auch die liebevolle Deko trägt dazu bei, dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden, wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke für alles.

Carl and Erich are excelent hosts. Very comunicative and pro active. The AirBnB is exactly as shown in the photos. Large rooms with lots of natural light and a great view into the coutryside. Overall the apartment is spacious and well maintained, if a little lived in. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids easily fit without feeling cramped. When we asked about missing bowls and a disconnected TV, Erich quickly solved both problems. A slight downside is that there is only one bathroom and one toilet (but this is mentioned in the description), and the floors are cold since heating is via radiators (slippers are provided). Plus side is the calm and quiet location, and option to order fresh milk. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful week in Gmunden. The home is beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, the location was perfect. It was a little hard to drive up to the house at first because of one-way or pedestrian streets, but we found it in the end. There was lots of space for us, although it’s a 2 bedroom house not 3 (the third bed is in the living/dining room). The house is very walkable and our family enjoyed walking to the lake and the nearby playgrounds.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The house is awesome, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings. I will definitely come back.
