Lipari : location de maisons de vacances

Gabrielle met us at the ferry, helped us rent a car and led us to the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean, rustic and charming - the hot water was plentiful and we had everything we needed for our stay. A couple of caveats - the house is high on a cliff overlooking Lipari and the final stretch of road is not for the faint-hearted. Steep, rutted and with a perilous drop in places we decided not to tackle it after dark! The house is remote - a long walk from town you definitely need a car. For us, the stunning view was worth the caveats. Many thanks to Martina for hosting us and to her father for the honey, lemons and freshly laid eggs!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'alloggio di Anna Maria! Ci ha consigliato le escursioni da fare e ci è venuta incontro in tutte le nostre necessità! l'alloggio è come nelle foto ed è molto comodo per visitare Lipari e fare le escursioni nelle altre isole, inoltre a soli due minuti c'è una spiaggetta poco affollata e molto carina.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, toll ist auch der sehr nahe Strand. Bei Fragen konnten wir Sergio immer kontaktieren und haben immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns als sechs Freundinnen sehr wohl in der großen Wohnung gefühlt! Alles war vorhanden, geschmackliche Einrichtung. Sehr genossen haben wir die wirklich tolle Terasse mit der fantastischen Aussicht und dem beruhigenden Meeresrauschen! Zum Schwimmen musste man erst ein paar Kieselsteine überwinden (Badeschuhe sind von Vorteil). Die Lage ist ruhig, gut zum Wandern und nach Lipari kamen wir einfach mit dem Bus ( und wenn es abends spät wurde, mit dem Taxi zurück). Einkaufen konnten wir in Canetto und Lipari. Empfehlen können wir eine ausgezeichnete Führung von der deutschen Fremdenführerin Ute Krohmer durch das Archäologische Museum in Lipari. Die Kommunikation mit Gabriella und Laura war einfach, freundlich und sie reagierten sehr schnell! Perfekt!

Sylvia organised a taxi for us on arrival and departure. She met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. There is a steep walk from the town but great views from the lovely terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bedrooms. We would recommend a stay here.

Everything was perfect. Francesco picked me up at the port and gave very good advices what to visit at the island and around. The appartment was spacious and very clean. There were many lovely details arranged inside and the balcony was as wonderful as shown in the photos. I would everytime again rent this appartment!

Denise was incredibly helpful and kind in dealing with my queries about the surroundings and what to do in Lipari, even before I had confirmed my booking. She even agreed to give me the chance to check in way before the advertised time, which I guess was also lucky for me as it was extremely low season when I visited Lipari - still, that says a lot about Denise's willingness to make adjustments and contribute to my journey and stay in a very positive way. The apartment was clean and bang in the middle of Canneto, Denise was very proactive in trying to keep me updated with advice and suggestions about the area, where to dine, hike, and have a good time on the island. I couldn't recommend her place enough for anyone willing to have a nice and easy couple of days in Lipari (even in December!), and for anyone who likes to walk and hike - the bus to town doesn't offer a well-serviced schedule, especially during weekends/holidays, so bring your comfy shoes for a walk to Marina Lunga!

Wynajmowaliśmy dom od Patrizii w marcu, w tym czasie na wyspie jest raczej spokojnie, ale bardzo urokliwie. Do dyspozycji jest kilka restauracji, można wybierać się na piesze wycieczki i odpoczywać na plaży. Patrizia i jej córka są przemiłe, sprawnie odpowiadają na wiadomości, pomagają w wyborze restauracji oraz polecają lokalne atrakcje. Dom urządzony jest bardzo przytulnie, dostępna jest dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oraz grill na tarasie, z którego także można korzystać. W domu było bardzo czysto, wszystko tak jak w opisie. Cała miejscowość znajduje się na wschodniej stronie wyspy, więc od rana w całym domu jak i w ogrodzie jest bardzo słonecznie. Niestety, po godzinie 14/15 słońce znika za wysoką górą, przez co niemożliwe jest podziwianie zachodu słońca. Moim zdaniem jest to jedyna wada tego miejsca, chociaż w upalne letnie dni może to stanowić zaletę. Kolejna ważna informacja- na wyspie nie ma dostępu do wody pitnej w kranie, polecam zabrać ze sobą wodę w butelce :)

Wir haben mit zehn Personen in der Unterkunft geschlafen, die Räume, die Bäder (auch die Außendusche) und die offene Küche waren sehr gepflegt. Die Gegend ist ein absoluter Traum. Leonardo hat uns sämtliche Kontaktdaten und Infos für die Insel Gruppen gegeben, so dass wir uns mühelos zurechtgefunden haben. Sämtliche Aktivitäten, Restaurants etc. sind perfekt zu erreichen bzw. organisieren. Immer wieder gerne

The island of Lipari is a beautiful place. The stay was wonderful, and the host was great.

Il nostro soggiorno a Canneto è stato splendido. L’isola di Lipari è fantastica e la spiaggia di Canneto semplicemente meravigliosa. L’alloggio è spazioso, pulito, ben equipaggiato e molto vicino al litorale. Pulito e profumato. L’accoglienza è stata ottima. Stefano è un ospite esemplare. Unico suggerimento che posso dare, oltre a consigliare vivamente l’alloggio, è cercare un metodo per oscurare il salotto d’ingresso quando è usato anche per dormire. Delle tende oscuranti avrebbero permesso un sonno migliore, anche se già ottimale. Grazie di tutto

Dopo averci dato indicazioni molto precise su come raggiungere il posto, Edoardo e Paola ci hanno atteso ed introdotti alla camera. Da subito gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Ambiente in condizioni impeccabili, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario e di più. Una bottiglia di prosecco e bibite nel frigo che ci hanno dato sollievo durante il torrido agosto insieme all’aria condizionata, più un pacco di pasta e ciò che serviva per condirla. Luogo che vivamente consiglio per chi vuole sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza.

Me hospedei no fim do inverno por 5 semanas com intenção de estudar online, fazer caminhadas na natureza e desfrutar de um local tranquilo. Fiquei muito satisfeita pois minhas expectativas foram cumpridas. O edifício fica em frente ao mar, perto de diversas comodidades como: mercado bem abastecido, padaria (a melhor de toda Lipari!), açougue, academia, gelatteria. A alguns metros fica a parada de ônibus que circula pela ilha, mas o centro de Lipari fica a apenas 30 minutos caminhando tranquilamente. Do apartamento é possível fazer muitas caminhadas na natureza ou simplesmente sentar na praia para curtir as ondas e a vista de Stromboli e Panarea. O apartamento estava bem limpo, arejado, confortável, com todos os equipamentos básicos para garantir longas estadias e tem uma varanda ampla. Ivan foi sempre muito gentil e solícito - ele também fala português! Se tiver a oportunidade, voltarei com certeza.

Ivan è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile ad aspettarci la sera al rientro dopo un lunghissimo viaggio. Ci ha fatto trovare un alloggio fresco ed impeccabile posizionato molto bene tanto da poter raggiungere facilmente tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Bastava affacciarsi per poter avere uno scorcio meraviglioso sulla baia di canneto. Addormentarsi e svegliarsi sentendo le onde del mare è stato uno dei piacere più belli della nostra settimana a Canneto.

Casa funzionale e fresca, ottima la posizione. Tanta tranquillità ed eccellente l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità dell’host. Conto di ripetere il soggiorno magari allungando un po’ per trasformare la vacanza in quella che una volta si chiamava la villeggiatura.

ottimo alloggio, pulizia impeccabile e dotazioni di tutto comfort. è stato un vero peccato andare via, la piscina è splendida e il mare praticamente antistante la struttura era molto comodo, noi l'abbiamo raggiunto in auto per una questione di praticità ma facilmente si può andare anche a piedi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con le formiche che di notte hanno invaso il piano della cucina, ma l'host ci ha fornito subito la soluzione con le trappole adatte. È normale, dato il contesto di campagna, che possano esserci questi problemi, ma l'host è stato molto reattivo. Consiglio la struttura

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass immer alles sauber ist. Giancarlo und sein Team sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war neu und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Hinter der Anlage verläuft eine Bahnlinie, die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da die Anlage etwas außerhalb ist. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und Aufenthalt bei Giancarlo. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder.

Wir wurden freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Appartament war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Auf Nachfrage für einen Kinderstuhl, wurde extra ein neuer gekauft, da bisher keiner vorhanden war. Dies war super für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Pool und alles drum herum ist sehr schön und super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt Getränke und Snacks an der Rezeption zu kaufen. Die Unterkünfte ist direkt an den Bahnschienen, welche auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern etwas zu hören waren, aber das hat uns nicht wwiter gestört.
