Lipari : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Wir haben zu zweit fünf Tage auf Lipari verbracht und dank dieser schönen Unterkunft die beste Startposition für Tagesausflüge zu den benachbarten Inseln gehabt. Nur wenige Fußminuten sind es zum Anleger, von dem die Boote starten. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick und auch die Küche ist geräumig. Es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, wir wurden persönlich empfangen und haben noch viele Tips einhalten. Nicht weit sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Quasi vor dem Haus ist ein großer Gemüsehändler, der aber auch viele Lebensmittel hat. Wir hoffen, bald einmal wieder zukommen und möchten Concetta und Giovanni noch einmal herzlichen danken für die schöne Zeit!

De locatie is ideaal, om zowel Lipari te verkennen, om de pond te nemen naar een van de andere eilanden of om 's avonds een wandeling te maken naar de vele restaurantjes en barretjes. Alles is in het appartement aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf en ondanks dat het aan de weg ligt stoort het verkeer niet, maar hoor je 's nachts wel het geluid van de zee.

A conveniently placed accommodation fairly near the port with lots of shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a brief stay in between islands.

The house is beautifully secluded, just two minutes away from a private lovely beach with turquoise waters, hidden between pine trees with the sound of crickets in the background... Who could ask for anything more! This is the prefect place to get away from it all, completely submerged in nature in a beautiful typical Eolien Villa. The house is well equipped and our hosts were always available, extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful insider tips to discover the island (although we could have stayed in the house our entire vacation). Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to, we can't wait to return!

This apartment in Lipari is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The huge, roomy space has a family-feel. The location couldn't be better - with swimming access just downstairs and the huge terrace with view to relax on post-swim. The bus stop and supermarket is at the doorstep, and there is also a great restaurant Ritrovo Calandra Lipari - just a few steps away. Thanks for a great stay 🌞

This was easily the best airbnb we’ve stayed at anywhere. It really felt like a home. It was so clean and so comfortable. The view is breathtaking and it’s such an easy walk into the piazza and greater town. Beatrice was such an amazing host. We had issues with our boat being canceled out of Palermo and she helped us get to another city to catch the boat, find long term parking and met us at the dock on arrival. She checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and just to make sure we were okay. Cannot recommend more.

La Casa sul Porto, in ottobre, ti accoglie nel silenzio della natura e con una visuale meravigliosa sul mare e l'occhio spazia fino a Stromboli e Panarea... cenare a lume di candela nel patio ha un fascino e l'atmosfera è veramente magica! Gli interni sono curati e puliti. Anche la scelta dei colori (soprattutto della cucina e della stanza al primo piano) è molto azzeccata e marittima. Ci auguriamo di poter ritornare e di rimanere più tempo! Martina e Clara

Sono stata a Salina una settimana a fine settembre La casa di Carla e un luogo splendido affacciato sul mare. L' appartamento è arredato con molto gusto inserito in un giardino delizioso..ma la parte più interessante è il suo terrazzo.....super fantastico!! La vista è strepitosa puoi incantarti a guardare Stromboli e Panarea per ore mentre il sole sorge dal mare. La sua posizione pur essendo centrale (vicino a negozi ristoranti e comodo al porto ) è immersa in un contesto molto tranquillo a veramente a due passi da una bella spiaggia! ( la mia preferita) Carla e sempre stata di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità e/o informazione. La comunicazione è sempre stata facile e molto piacevole .. sempre disponibile.Ottima host! Appartamento posto di fronte al mare, apri la porta e vedi già le spiagge devi solo attraversare la strada e hai splendide spiagge a tua disposizione. Parcheggio auto proprio sotto casa super comodo per portar le valigie devi solo fare cinque graDini. In casa non mancava nulla.

Appartamento molto centrale e ben fornito. Facile raggiungere tutto a piedi. Tantissima movida il venerdì e il sabato sera proprio sotto le stanze da letto. E' meglio esserne consapevoli. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Unser Gastgeber Gianluca begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und war jederzeit offen für Fragen und reagierte kurzfristig. Er stellte Informationsmaterial zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurantempfehlungen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hell, modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und nett dekoriert. Die zwei Bäder waren modern und sauber. Die Küche war mit allem Erforderlichen gut ausgestattet. Uns gefielen besonders der große Esstisch und das bequeme Sofa im Wohnbereich. Der Blick durch die verglaste Außenwand im Wohnzimmer und von der großen, möblierten Terrasse auf das Meer war grandios. Die Fotos entsprachen den Bildern auf der Internetseite. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Très bel appartement confortable et agréable, calme belle vue comme prévu, grandes pièces , proximité du port pour les excursions sur les îles éoliennes, pas trop loin du centre historique et des plages , au top!

Un logement spacieux et très agréable, avec une belle terrasse sur la mer. Idéal pour les amoureux de la mer et de la baignade avec un accès facile à pied au centre-ville, à ses commerces et restaurants ainsi qu’au port. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, je recommande.

Нам все очень понравилось, Мауро и Люсия замечательные и дружелюбные. Мауро нас встретил на вокзале и помог добраться до места, а так же помог добраться обратно при выезде, спасибо огромное! Квартира в идеальном состоянии и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Вид из нее на море просто божественный, особенно закат. В квартире присутствовало все для повседневной жизни, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Само место тихое, спокойное, все для хорошего отдыха. Рестораны местные очень вкусные, рекомендую к посещению. Море просто завораживающее и красивое, наш отпуск прошел замечательно, спасибо! :)

ottima posizione a due passi dal mare. Antonello è stato gentilissimo e molto preciso a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. anche nel momento in cui ci siamo accorti che mancava il telecomando della TV lo ha recuperato in giornata, nonostante fossimo nel week end. la zona non è tra le più battute turisticamente e questo rende la spiaggia decisamente poco affollata. in ogni caso nel giro di mezz'ora si è a Taormina, in un'ora a Catania, sull'Etna o alle gole di Alcantara
