Lisbonne : locations d'appartements de vacances

We had a great stay over New Year's. Ra was not there, but he was flexible and left the key with a friend before we came so we could get in. Ra was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions. There's plenty of good food nearby, and nice viewpoints in close walking distance. I worked two days from the office space, which was very convenient for me. As a typical Portuguese home, it's quite cold in winter due to lack of central heating, but Ra provided an electric heater to survive prolonged periods of sitting still inside. It was convenient to have access to a kitchen for breakfast and the occasional other meal at home. Highly recommend, and would come back!

Lovely apartment. As described. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Clean and spacious. A travel cot and highchair were provided and Anthony was very responsive and offered good suggestions and helped with our overall great experience in Cascais. Would recommend.

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

This is a five star apartment! Tastefully appointed, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were amazing! They were very helpful with our change of travel plans, check in and check out needs. I highly recommend this place!

Great for a long stay. Has all the necessary amenities and it's in a quiet neighborhood but not too far away from central Lisbon with good public transport connections.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement a une très belle vue sur la mer et vous pouvez facilement profiter de la plage, des cafés et restaurants autour et de la promenade le long de la plage. Il y a un Spar en bas de l’immeuble qui peut être très pratique. C’est un lieu qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses : péniche et les îles autour, Obidos , Nazare et Alcaçoba. Nous venions de Lisbonne et avons fait quelques belles étapes en route : Cascais , guncho, Cabo da roca . Nous ne sommes restés que deux nuit et une journée mais avec un peu plus de temps, nous serions bien restés une journée supplémentaire pour profiter de la plage et des infrastructures.

The stay at Jean Michel was very good. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful, and I am very grateful for that. Everything he recommended to me, worked very well.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist gut und man ist schnell am Wasser und mit einem Uber auch schnell in der Innenstadt. Und doch kann man auch seine Ruhe haben. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und angenehm. Was man sich bewusst sein sollte, ist das nur bedingt Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber ich habe es nicht direkt so auf den Bildern wahrgenommen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und schnell. Das passt so :)

Charming apartment in a lovely setting -- off the touristy beaten path but still centrally located. Really enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood and Simone was helpful and quickly responsive to questions. Hope to return!

On a vraiment aimé l'appartement. Il est situé dans un tres beau quartier touristique. L'appartement est vraiment joli et lumineux. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La seule chose que je n’ai pas aimé c'est l'odeur d'égout qui vient des toilettes. Je pense que c'est parce que la maison est assez vieille (même si l'appartement lui-même est rénové), donc l'odeur était impossible, surtout le soir. Mais ça n'a pas affecté nos vacances, donc ma note est de 5 sur 5. Si je retourne à Lisbonne, je reviendrai dans cet appartement.

It’s the best apartment I lived in Lisbon. Not far from th Center but in quiet street, with outstanding view to the see. The apartment big, with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Great place for the price we paid. Super close to transportation. Host was very responsive and friendly, would love to stay there again!

This is our third time back here, and wouldn't go anywhere else in Lisbon. A perfect location, central in Lisbon, yet very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. The apartment is clean and well appointed - it's obvious that it's well looked after. The new bed is wonderful - so comfortable. Many of Lisbon's tourist sights are within 5-10 mins walk, and you're surrounded by great local restaurants within a few minutes walk, you're spoilt for choice. The comprehensive Pingo Doce supermarket is just 3 mins walk away. We are already looking forward to returning...

Nous avons vraiment été ravis de l'accueil, de la réactivité et de la bienveillance de Carlos le propriétaire de l'appartement dont nous conserverons un excellent souvenir. La vue de la pièce principale et des chambres sont surprenantes et magnifiques et les prestations " qualités des matériaux choisis, fonctionnalité et harmonisation des couleurs correspondent à un produit haut de gamme" puisque cet appartement possède aussi, ce qui est rare, un jacuzzi et hammam. Nous recommandons donc sans aucune hésitation ce bien à la location. Très bonne année 2025. Pascal, Sandra, Mathilde et Matthieu.

We just got back from a stay at Ricardo's apartment for 6 days. I have to say, it was a great place to stay! Ricardo was friendly and helpful, and he stayed in touch throughout our visit. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better. Supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport were all within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. It’s a lively neighbourhood, but at night it was quiet, which was perfect. Plus, parking in the garage was a piece of cake! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. Thanks, Ricardo, for a nice stay!

The home is located in a great area of Lisboa with many dining options, coffee, shopping, pharmacies and grocery stores within a 5-min walk. As others noted, there is some noise from the local bars late at night, but it wasn't persistent and didn't keep us up thanks to the double-paned windows in the bedroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic cooking apparatus, oil and spices. The host provides ample detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. The layout of the apartment is great and provides nice separation from the living area and bedroom. Parking is secure and easily accessible by elevators. The host was responsive for the entire stay, starting from check-in through check-out. We would definitely stay here with our family again.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 older teens) loved visiting Paulo and Catarina’s place! It’s located in the Graça neighborhood which has tons of great places to visit (we loved a pizza place that was about 2 Blocks away)! The apartment was so cute (with such a fun orange kitchen) and had a couple of little balconies … fun to sit on and watch the passers by! We parked a car and there was a very secure parking lot provided (really convenient). The one note- if you are not able to climb stairs (especially with luggage) this isn’t the place for you! But we loved it and would recommend to others! Thank you!

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.
